Just about my favorite Harley dealer in Ohio! Their selection of motorcycles, apparel and accessories aren't really any better then any other dealer. What sets them apart is the little museum they have at the front of the building. It's filled with all sorts of Harley memorabilia from years gone by and quite a few classic Harley motorcycles that have all been beautifully restored. It can be an eye opening experience for people that think Harley Davidson only makes street rides.

Best Harley dealer I have ever been too. Huge place with cool mini museum with antique bikes up front. Huge inventory of both bikes and accessories and clothing.
They have a full service and repair shop and great staff and a gorgeous property inside and out.response / report this review -

really nice store, clean and a lot of room. very easy to find what your looking for. the Sales Reps are very nice and very helpful. a lot of bikes if your looking for a bike.

Bought my first bike here and worked with the salesman Mike F. Mike went above and beyond to help me out. Later I chose to get another bike, went to some dealers that were closer to my home to look around. I found that the sales staff in these dealers were sub par. Called Napoleon (due to being close to 80 miles away), asked for Mike. He remembered me right away, but he was not in sales any longer and had moved to finance. He told me that he had great sales staff and he would have one of them give me a call. Within 10 minutes, Cody called me and we started a deal on the phone. As we were getting close, I made the trip up to the Napoleon. I walked into the store and Mike F. met me, and so did Cody. We finished the deal and then I proceeded to run the parts dept, went through catalogues for at least 20 minutes past their closing time. They found the items I was looking for, got them ready to install on my bike without ever letting me know that they were closed. These guys and gals do treat you like family. Any chance I get, I will drive/ride the 80 miles up here, and bring my business with me.

Really nice Harley dealership. Lots of sale racks but still not much of a sale. Great display of Harley's 1962 when they sold their first bike.

Traded for a new street glide and was pleased enough with the sales teams efforts and finance dept that I went back a few days later and traded my other bike on a new dyna low rider s . All good people from service to sales and clothing. They've definitely earned a future customer. Thanks guys. Ryan

Okay.Felt a bit of 'sales associate' pressureIf I explain that I am okay with my on experience, please do not go on and on about sales and discounts
..We were also disappointed to see prices on basics (grey women's tank top $30Come on.They are made overseas). I would love to see prices that we average HD riders can afford. Fun to lookresponse / report this review -

Terrible service gone down hill 450 to rebuild carb on sporty leaking took back charged 230 for pet cock that wasn't leaking beware

I went to a event at the Napoleon Harley Davidson dealership and introduced myself to the owner he was rude and unprofessional. I had purchased a lot of stuff from them. . The service department was chaotic and unorganized the younger guy that waited on me didn't seem to know anything about bikes at all.
Then I was looking at bikes and I don't know if it's because I was a woman but no one came to help me out not one salesman came to ask if I was interested in looking at any any of the bikes. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.response / report this review
