Only one other customer in the entire store. Stopped in the parts dept first. One guy sitting at the computer. We told him we were looking for a windshield. He said yeah, they're over there. Didn't offer to help. We looked at the clothing selection for a few minutes before checking out the helmets. Had a few questions, so went to the front desk (since no one ever bothered to speak to us). A nice young boy (probably 12?) asked if he could help us. The lady at the desk looked up from her computer and said (to the kid) go get your mom. Not one word to us. The young man was very friendly. Maybe he could teach them a few things about customer service. We were prepared to spend quite a bit of money with them today. 2 helmets, a windshield and a couple of t-shirts. We walked out and won't be back.

I have been talking to Ryan, since Jan/Feb. The first time told him what I was looking for, (a classic or classic LOW) That I wasn't ready to pull the trigger yet, but die to me being a right leg amputee I need the LINKED BRAKE BIKE.
He spent over 2 hours with me figuring out which BIKE best suited me a LOW or classic, he put 4 or 5 different seats on the low, that pushed me away from handle bars so I could go and sit comfortable on the BIKE.
Been to see him 7 -10 times since then. No pressure sells.response / report this review -

Nice harley shop. Owners also own the one right across border in WVa. Both nice.
