I am not happy, have called and left messages but their service department has no courtesy to call back, nor do they answer the phone. I got my Lawn mower less than 10 months ago and it is not starting up. Should have gone with Lowe's or HD rather than such small local company who has no courtesy to reply, and fix the issue. Within 1 year the lawn mower should work perfectly or should be fixed by them, here it seems like a nightmare.

Ryan not only is a class act quipment dealer he is also very invested in his community. He supports local organizations and investing in our community. Thank you American Pride and Ryan for all you do. Keep that Beautiful American Flag flying high. It makes my day. What a great reminder of our freedom. While my son was deployed in Afghanistan seeing that flag fly reminded me of why he chose to serve our country and that he would be coming home safe . (And he did)

I wanted to get a tune up and put new tires on my husband's mower for his birthday while he was at work and have it back home when he got home. It was arranged to be picked up that very day and American Pride Delivered! The work was done with precision and perfection. I was not given one excuse or complaint about the mower brand (as my husband has had it for years and did not purchase it from American Pride). I love American Pride's dedication and commitment to the community. We will return time after time to American Pride for their customer loyalty and integrity.

American Pride is by far the best locally owned power equipment store in our area. The beautiful flag they fly is definitely awesome and shows their love for this country and the veterans who have served our country, but there's so much more! The staff in sales, service, and parts are all very knowledgable about any questions or concerns that people have and they are all super friendly as well! I know so many people who have had an excellent experience doing business at American Pride and I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to purchase a new mower, parts, or to have their current mower serviced! Had a great experience this week buying a mower from American Pride! Amazing customer service! Brought the mower to my house 45 minutes away, waited for me to get home, as I was out at the time, and took away the old mower. Tough to find a better deal than that, and everyone I worked with was more than friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ryan and his team!
