I was wanting one particular set of wheels when I went in and the owner gave me expert advice in making a choice for my car. Very happy with what I have! Would recommend to a friend.

I've done business with Best Wheels twice now , my first experience was great very quick and efficient even called me to follow up making sure my tire was running smooth. My second experience they went over and beyond, being it was just before Christmas and I had bent a rim they tried everything to see if it was salvageable but unfortunately I needed a new one and it wasn't easy to find especially since I was leaving for Christmas to see family and of course I was driving.. all the places we were trying said it would be delivered by the 26. I was panicking ! Everyone in the shop worked together for me to find and get it there asap and they did even finding it at a decent price!!! They saved my Christmas and I was able to spend it with my family! Not to mention they even did another follow up call making sure I was ok. Best shop ever and will be referring them to everyone!! Thank you again to the gentlemen at Best Wheels for going out of there way to help me!!

In response to Rays review, we spoke to the supplier and they were no help. If not for Javier and his due deligence contacting the supplier several times for a refund we probably would have had to eat the rims. Javier even refunded us before the supplier refunded him. We will go to BestWheels for my rims for sure!

Javier was a huge help. Got decent tires for a great price. He sold me a tire I would like even though I was willing to pay more for a higher mileage tire. He could have made more money on me but i feel he was honest of what was the best tire to fit my car. I have been here to replace my mini vans tires and now I'm back for my car.

Called and even stopped by to get a quote on an exhaust. Computer was down. Called 3 days later and said he would call. Never did. Bought it elsewhere. I guess when he asked if I knew someone ( that had big problems with special order rims not best wheels fault) on same type of car as mine, and I said yes he must have thought I would be a problem customer. He is only as good as his suppliers. His supplier screwed up my friends order 3x. Sorry to write a negative review on Best Wheels, but never contacting me back is not good business. I will not patronize this place ever based on my experience.

Owners on point and gave me good buisness advice will shop here again if needed gave 3 stars only cuz I got charged 90 for 2 new tires probably could've hooked it up a little more. :P

I don’t often write reviews for anything. But my recent experience with Best Wheels in Lehigh Acres is definitely something I would like to share. I’ve previously have taking my car to numerous auto-repair shops, and each and every one was telling me a different diagnostics. So a family member suggest that I go to Best Wheels shop in Lehigh Acres. From the moment I walked in through the doors, I realized how clean and organize the facility was and how professionalism was exhibited throughout this company. After a few seconds a gentleman came over to me immediately he introduced himself to me, his name is Javier whom I notice carried himself as a professional as well courteous. I explained my horror stories that I’ve endure with the other auto shops that I've visited. Javier immediately took charge of the situation by not only resolving my issue, but I felt comfortable with his honesty and I appreciate everything he did for my car. My car is running better than ever and I am so grateful for the service and the respect I received. So bottom line if anyone is looking for an excellent repair shop, I would truly recommend Best Wheels to you, I know I would definitely tell all my family members as well as my friends. From the moment I walked in the door, I was given excellent service. Javier and his crew went above and beyond to make sure that all my needs were met. I've never had better service. The prices were also very good. He has gained a customer for life and I will make sure that I recommend him to anyone I know that needs care. I will never go elsewhere again. If you want excellent service and a good deal, there is no doubt in my mind that you must go to Best Wheels. I'm a very happy customer.

Great experience! Got 4 new tires put on my truck for a great deal, best deal in town for sure. Owner was very personable, helpful and friendly i Really appreciated it. I was in and out in the time frame he told me which was pretty quick. I will definitely be back and I will refer people to this business! Thank you!
