This place is one to avoid. If they can cram you into a car, no matter how many places they need to shoot your credit out to even if you tell them not to, they will. Service department is fine, but the sales side of the business Best advice?Go elsewhere.

By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I've had to deal with them for 4 years, so I've witnessed just about everything. My last visit was a simple oil change/tire rotation. Dropped the car off the night before so it would get done 1st thing. Didn't get car done until after 4pm the next day and I received no updates. Impossible to get someone on the phone and when I did they told me my service manager was in the bathroom. Seriously? The best thing Chrysler can do is have this dealership visit BMW or Lexus to see how service should be done. I'm sure someone from the dealership will respond to my review. The problem is nothing will change; issues related to bad reviews of the past haven't been resolved and consequently I'm having to write this one. That's fine - this is my last Chrysler-brand vehicle. Ever.

Very pleasant experience and would highly recommend them. Worked with Joe Cali in sales and he enlightened me as to the advantage of leasing. It is a good option for me. Shawn the manager and Louis in accounting were also good to work with. I hope the service side is as competent as the sales side and if the experience so far is any indicator then I am in good shape.

Do not go here under any circumstances. Had our rotors resurfaced here. Moved out of state a few months later and began having problems with the wheel speed sensor on the left rear side of the car. Took our car to the dealership in Michigan, who said that the wires had been incorrectly reattached to the vehicle and caused the problem we were experiencing. Cost $200 to fix. Fast forward a year later and come to find out that the right side had also been broken in two places and so poorly repaired, it has to be completely replaced. Cost $360. Getting work done at a mechanic we know and trust. To summarize, Naples dodge cost us $550 in future repairs because of incorrect work done.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Rob Winters and the Naples Dodge crew, I feel that Rob has worked hard to get me a good deal and Philip in finance also goes to bat with the banks for you. Both purchases have been a pleasure and as my business grows I look forward to buying more trucks from Rob and the whole team , thanks guys!

I've been there about 5x this past year. The Initial service is fine; when they greet you at the door, and get your contact information and all that. Afterwards, I have had some serious work done to my vehicle based on their "recommendations" right? It turns out my vehicle didn't need all those unnecessary changes. I came in for a "Check engine light" and ended up spending close to $800 for this repair. The problem was never fixed and it turn out 4 weeks later that my wiring was LOOSE, and in the end, this "taping up of my wires" was FREE of Charge. Yes folks, my car's only problem was the loose wiring from going over a speed bump too quickly!!

I don't often write reviews but If I could give Naples Jeep 100 stars I would!! Buying a car can be so stressful but Jeremiah and Lori were by far the most amazing people to work with! Lori went above and beyond for me and I truly just felt like I was working with a great friend the whole time! Jeremiah was so nice, sweet and knowledgeable I couldn't of asked for a better salesman! I truly believe if I went to any other dealership I would have never left with the exact car I wanted! I'm so pleased with my experience there and can't thank them enough! I'm so happy I choose to get my New Jeep Grand Cherokee from here and I will be back again for another! :)

Place is big money because it is in Naples and their prices on their autos is a bit higher than up north, is what I first posted, but after investigating I see why, this place employees so many more people here and stocks so much more autos and parts than anyone around so that when you come in they can take care of your every need right away and get you out on the road again. I am changing my rating from 3 stars to 5 because this is the best service I have ever recieved from any dealership ever. Way to go Naples Dodge one more very satisfied customer!!

The dealership, and Daniel Ortiz deserve a 5 star rating due to the quality and timelyness of the work they/he provided me with. We were in and out on the same day, he helped inform me a bit more on the truck I was purchasing, and ultimately provided a great positive experience at the dealership. I know I got a great deal on the truck I wanted, and it all was done efficiently. I know I can come back to Naples Dodge and see Daniel and be confident that I he will give me another amazing deal; Better yet, I will be confident in sending other friends or family over to Daniel. A big round of applause over to you gentlemen over at Naples Dodge Ram Jeep & Chrysler.

Salesman Daniel Ortiz is the man to talk to. Polite and knowledgeable are the best way to describe Daniel. This is the first time in a long time that I have felt comfortable and at ease in a new car showroom. Thank you David.

I had come in to Purchase a used car with a trade in . Service was helpful at first got into a used car gave me a good deal with trade in and on the new Van . Then it actually started to go down from there. I went in on May 4, 2017 to purchase a used car got everything they needed to get the loan called the bank for a 10 day payoff then I find out before I leave for Vacation on May 16 the old car payment had came out of my Bank Account cause the 10 day payoff never happened. Then I go to the bank find out what was going on they told me to go back to the dealership I go to the dealership present them with all the information from my bank that the car payment came out when I didn't have the car I traded in on May 4 they tell me I'm not sure why it should of been paid off by now we will cut you a check when you get back from vacation never happened come back from vacation gave me the Run Around let me talk to this person that person GM never got anywhere why am I responsible for this when I haven't had the car for 14 days now ? Then on May 16 when I presented everything to the dealership they had my husband call the bank for a 20 day payoff HOW when I already called for a 10 day payoff why do they get to take their time on when and how they get to pay off the car and I'm stuck being paid for the car payment when I don't even have the vehicle at this point .
So I get into a accident on June 6 call my insurance to report a claim they tell me that the van was never added to the policy when the dealership told me when I left that It was all set insurance was changed tags are being transferred to the van I'm thinking good to go car is good to drive off the lot never told me I needed to call I thought everything was good to go. Not happy nor do I like to be lied to definitely not professional I would seriously think twice about buying a car from here it was the worse experience I have ever had buying a car they don't stand behind what they say to you during the buying experience it's so stressful and sad to be honest!!

Amazing customer service experience. My vehicle was delivered to my front door in Tampa and papers were signed in less than 15 minutes. It would have taken me longer to buy a loaf of bread from the local store. Wayne was willing to go the extra mile to complete the deal. By the way..I purchased an awesome 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Worst Dealership in every way! Day 1: First of all, I was in area and stopped in to schedule my oil change. Service rep said I would need to call appointment line. I said but I'm right here..nope must call to set up appointment. I was going to have them check transmission also, was told appointment would be at least 3 weeks out.

On my way out, I saw a new vehicle that caught my attention. I stood around for 20 min looking for a salesman, I finally found one and he told I would need to come back tomorrow as they were closing soon.

Day 2: I went back the next day and waited 30 min for a salesman. He finally came out and told me I would need to come back another day as the keys for the vehicle were locked up in the service center. While I was waiting on a salesman, I was sitting on a lounge chair with another potential customer. His salesman came up and began to ask several confidential questions right there in front of me (his social sec#, earnings, address, etc..). I was so appalled, I had to walk away from the conversation.

When my salesman came back and told me he could not get the keys, I asked if we could just talk about an out the door price? He went back and talked to his negotiating manger (Shane I believe) and came back with a price that was several thousand dollars over several other competitive dealerships. Shane, then came out of his office and told me "I needed to lease" and why would I want to buy anyway? I told him I drive too many miles for a lease and I was not interested. He stood up and said were done and walked away.
