One of the worst place you could go to. Rudest racist people working there, especially the lady in the desk where you get your license at to renew or pay. She was stupid and did not have a damn clue about requirements. I nicely explained to her what they had told me at another tax collector office and she rudely told me, "well if they helped you then you might as well go back to them since i wont help you" she even asked if we knew english. What the hell she cares if my friend does or not, i was speaking to her not them. She refused to give us his i.d. i went back to the other tax collector office and within minutes and very nice kind lady gave him his i.d. we told her what happened to ua at the other office and she told her manager about it.
Never going back there. Lazy and rude ppl 😡😠

I love this placeI've being living in Naples for the past 8yrs and NEVER EVER!! had any problems in the past or present. The most I waited to be attended is less than 1/2 hour.(once)

Regardless of what time you stop by here, there will be a line. And the waiting "line" is about three feet long, with a large area for chairs at the rear. There are no numbers to take, to establish who should be waited on next. No one at a desk as you enter, giving you a number, either. Today, there were three people standing in the line, with about eight people sitting in the chairs here and there behind them. I walked to the end of the line, only to be informed by a rude gentleman behind me, sitting down, that the end of the line was some person sitting "over there" (vaguely gestures), and I couldn't stand at the end of what had appeared to be the line, because everyone else was sitting on their duffs. At which point I stand near the door, waiting for the line to come around to me, while people continue to walk in, all as or more confused than I am. I walked out. If I get stopped for my expired tag before I can go back, I'm going to have words with the people at this inept tax collector's office.

This office is full of unpleasant incompetents. I hate dealing with these people, and I've never once been in there where they haven't found a way to impede whatever it is I'm trying to accomplish. If you ask two different people in the office for requirements to title a vehicle, for instance, you'll get two different answers. Only government employees could be as rude and incompetent as these people and keep their jobs. Time to vote out Larry Ray and clean house.
