My boyfriend and I were out and about in Naples. Figured it was a nice restaurant to have a late lunch in. Unfortunately it was terrible. It took a very long time to be greeted by a server. Numerous of servers walked by and looked at us with no comment. Finally Jacob came over with water. We placed our order and was not seen since. It was very obvious no one wanted to take care of us since we were a young couple in a rich town. Looks can be deceiving but being belittled by the staff costed them. Way too over priced for such poor service.

We have been going to the Ridgway 3 nights a month for 8 years. Tonight we had reservations for 2 on the outside porch. Arrived on time. - David, manager/owner was extremely rude to us regarding our reservation request, which he did not honor - at that time the restaurant was less than 1/2 occupied and the porch had seating available to accommodate our request. Not sure what his problem was

Love it! The service is great. The food is great ( vegetarian cauliflower over creamy farro risoto) and my husband and I love the atmosphere outside.

Just finished our Christmas Dinner here. From the moment we stepped on the restaurant everyone was great! The hostess was very kind, I needed two more chairs and they quickly set up a beautiful table for us Rhonda took care of us and she was AMAZING! And the food was DELICIOUS, out of this world! Really worth the 2 hours drive from Miami.
