If I could give six stars I would.

How do I love this store? Let me count the ways

1) they love bikes, but not Exclusive of customer interest levels. I sent a friend who wanted a beach cruiser. She loved the experience. I went in later in the week and had a four person geek conversation about belt drive and steel vs aluminum.

2) their prices are reasonable. For Naples they are practically cheap. Shhhhhh.

3) their LBM's (Local Bike Mechanics) are friendly and experienced. My wife's bike had an odd problem that I couldn't fix. I wheeled it in and they convinced me of a less expensive fix than I thought. My bike had an odd rattle I couldn't find. They found it a d explained how so I could do it myself in the future.

Go, buy or rent a bike.

I would like to give them a second chance after disappointing first visit. Just needed to repair post mount hydraulic brakes and got an estimate for 300-400$ to repair. Went down the street and they replaced the entire assembly for 80$ and got a free tune up and brake cleaning.>>>>

I have condo's in Marco Island and train daily. I have tried on multiple occasions to rent from Marco Island Bikes and have not had luck. On short notice NC was able to supply 2 58CM bikes and I was in and out in a short period of time. Bikes were in great mechanical condition and seemed to be very well maintained. The price is right and the staff was very courteous.

So, I was not prepared for how nice these people are. I am not an avid cyclist, just like to ride my bike occasionally. Had issues with flat tires. They fixed at a very reasonable price in an amazing timeless manner (in season) . Did not try to sell me on stuff that I didn't need.. and I asked them, and loaded my bike in and out of my vehicle for me. Can't give the service dept enough stars. Would not consider going anywhere else.
