Art Moehn collision center took care of me! Alex was prompt, professional, and compassionate about my situation. They communicated often and in a timely manner to help me with my car trouble. Definitely recommend them!
The collision center did a fantastic job on my repair. I was hit in a parking lot. One call to the insurance and the rest was taken care of. From the claim to the rental car, the process was easy. They even completed the repair early. They went above and beyond to clean the car inside and out. I will always take my car here.
I bought my car at Art Moehn, so I chose the collision center for recent repairs. Everyone was professional and welcoming, I had a complete understanding of what was being done and everything was completed in a timely fashion! I would highly recommend them for repairs!
i purchased my Honda CR-V at Art Moehn in the summer of 2016. Unfortunately, it was intentionally vandalized in January of this year, resulting in a badly dented hood. I was so pleased with the service I received when I bought the car that I went straight to Art Moehn Collision Center. The employees were so welcoming and friendly. Not only did they do everything in their power to get my car fixed quickly, but they also provided me with a loaner car that was equal in type and year of my own vehicle. The repairs only took 1 and a half days and my car looked like new. I would highly recommend Art Moehn Collision Center to anyone who is looking for exceptional and comprehensive customer service.
I had two repairs jobs done on my leased vehicles in the past 4 years. These folks are very thorough, repairs were done exactly back to factory specs, in a very timely fashion, and customer service was friendly, professional, and top-notch all around. They are also the recommended collision place by my insurer, AAA, so you know this operation can be trusted!
My insurance referred me to Art Moehn Collision Center, I had no reason not to use them. The appointment was quickly scheduled and I was very pleased when the gentleman I checked in with started off by asking "if everyone was alright". I was caught off guard but it was great to hear. He could have rushed me outside on the cold morning to complete the inspection, instead he took the time to care. The inspection was quick and painless. I received a follow up with a completion date and my Jeep was ready on time, looking good as new. It's been a few months since the service and I have nothing to complain about. I would definitely return, but hopefully won't need to.
I have a 2007 Honda Odyssey, this shop works directly with my insurance so I dropped the car off feeling confident everything would be fixed. I got a call from the shop saying that the damage from the air bag deploying was very expensive and the insurance would probably total the car out. I was very disappointed since the accident was just a car sliding into me under 5 mph. The side curtain air bag deployed on the passenger side and the estimate came in at just over $7000. The insurance company won't give anyone an amount that will actually replace a car, but they said the would let me keep the car or give them the car with two different cash out amounts. The car was still totally drivable, and I was without a car, so I called saying I want to come get my car. That is when they tell me they had CUT THE BUMPER WITHOUT CALLING ME TO ASK IF THEY COULD. I specifically wrote on the slip when I dropped the car off to call me BEFORE doing anything the insurance was not going to cover. I could have had the bumper repainted or just dealt with it. I did follow up with the manager who said that if I decided to keep the car they would replace the bumper. I honestly did not expect them to offer that and was very pleased with them for it. I was told that if I decided to keep the van I would just need to bring it in and it would take a couple of days. They told me that when I signed the form authorizing them to evaluate the car they are allowed to do any "tear down" needed, which this would supposedly fall under. After searching and searching I was having no luck finding a car for what the insurance company would give me so, having been told that they would replace the bumper, I decided to keep the car. I called and asked when I could have the bumper replaced and they told me that they would only fix the bumper if I got the car fixed there for an amount that could not be guaranteed because once they got into it they might find more wrong. I was told that they HAD to cut the bumper because it was so much work to get it off and the laborblah, blah, blah well, just search YouTube and anyone can find the very easy instructions of how to remove the bumper. It is a few bolts and a few screws. That's it, no need to remove lights and all the other stuff I was told. All this being said, I have in the past had them do recall work that went fine, oil changes that went fine, and I was treated respectfully and politely, but I do not feel they should have CUT THE BUMPER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! How hard is it to just take the dang thing off or ask!?! Ultimately I ended up letting the insurance company take the car and I bought a new one, but not from Art Moehn..
