I got there at 4:06 left at 4:28. That isn't bad in my book, especially with experiences at other places pushing an hour or more. The lady behind the counter was quick and friendly. My transaction for tax, title, tags and registration took only 5 mins or less.

This is the only DMV I go to in Greensboro. The reason being is the great customer service and speedy lines. Sometimes the lines can be lengthy & organization could be better but the time spent at DMV is not excessive. I have been to other DMV locations but was not satisfied with service and the lines were extremely long. My overall experience on a 10 point scale for DMV, West Market, Greensboro, is 8 of 10.

I'm always in and out! Just have to have a little patience, while in line waiting. It's best to go before 10:30 a.m.. I also really like the update in offices. It's a bigger place, so now I don't feel as claustrophobic.

First, realize It's not a govt. office, it's a contractor doing work for the govt. . They can only go so fast, and do so much. We have titled and tagged 11 vehicles here already, if you are courteous and kind to them, and have patience, they are very helpful. I also guess I'm going at the best times, because the most I've had to wait was about 10 minutes, but usually less than 5.
