Went in to get some battery cable ends and/or battery cable. At the counter, asking the clown working there about if they had more in the back, etc. Of course they had only 2, and only 1 foot of the cable (awesome stocking jobs there, NOT!). I said I would take what they had, and some other customer walks up This P.O.S. behind the counter goes to start ringing this other guy up, and just leaves me standing there.
What a complete jerkoff!!! Tall goofball with glasses Bill or Bumpkin or, whatever his freaking name is, he is a complete A Hole the way he treats customers!!!
ONLY LEAVING ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WON'T LET ME LEAVE ZERO STARS!
SCREW YOU NAPA, YOU'LL NEVER GET ANY OF MY BUSINESS AGAIN!

Great help at the desk. went above and beyond with helping my radiator problem. the other guys had the wrong radiator listed in their system NAPA had the correct one and made it easy to check physically it was correct.
