Helpful staff. In my opinion Napa parts is of better quality than other chain stores and have a much bigger inventory of harder to find parts, other then going to OEM made parts from the dealer. 9 times out of 10. They got you covered

James helped me out so much I had a really rough day and I went in and James that ok his time to find the part I needed which we couldn't find but that is ok we did find the part thank you James so much for the help I will be back .

My job requires me to get parts from different places all the time. At this Napa they are awesome. I have needed to pick up some very unique parts several times and they are always willing to do the legwork to find it for me. Even if they can't get it they will still find it and tell me where to go and the price. The staff is awesome there.
