Wow! I stopped in after getting gas for a quick bite. Wow. Best NY pizza in SD!!! The slices are huuuuge. The dough is perfect, even though the slice was reheated. Perfectly chewy and tasty. I only had a cheese slice. The flavor of the sauce was perfect. I never usually order just cheese, but i was in a hurry.
Its out of the way for me, but i will be back. Its my favorite pizza around. I am posting because i want to help society. You need to try it!!!!
Also, side note, they make giant pizzas if you want (4 different sizes).
Try it, you wont regret it. I give this pizza my highest reccomendation.response / report this review -

have gotten their pizzas a half dozen times . we get the large, large pizza with everything on it. pizza is great, almost like New York. Ambience is very ordinary, but it doesn't matter because we really enjoy their pizza.

Worst pizza ever. Ordered delivery. The pizza arrived within an hour, but tasted like it was made in the AM or even day old. It was liked an old cheese pizza that the just added toppings and did a quick warm-up, then delivered it. Crust was hard and dry.

As a New Yorker, I am pleased. It tastes very like what i am used to. Good prices. Not the best parking. No ambience to speak of. Good for takeout - bring your pizza across the freeway and eat at the bay.

Small place, but clean. We ordered a slice and salad to go. No girls or napkins given. No frills pizza experience at a low price.

The restaurant was very clean, the worker had a great and happy attitude. My pizza was ready within the time they told me. Their pizza had great quality taste. With a wide selection and variety of foods, N.Y. Giant Pizza is an amazing place for family and friends.

This place is fantastic! The order line was out the door so I used their convenient online ordering, purchased a drink at the counter and easily waited for my pizza.I enjoy being able to have on my pizza what I enjoy.They offer a variety of drink options.The folks at the counter were high energy and friendly. If you're looking for a quiet place to eat N Y Giant Pizza is not for you. However, if you're looking for a place that plays music and flows with youthful energy, take a visit and enjoy a delicious fresh ingredient pizza.N Y Giant Pizza is a cool place to take guests.

Best pizza crust ever!! Also a great value! While pizza chains are charging $25-$30 for a large pizza, you can get a way better pizza for about $15! It's sooooo good!

My boyfriend and I just got off of work (at 8), and wanted to buy a quick pizza. We live a block down, so we went walking and arrived there around 8:35, only to be greeted in a rude manner. The workers were sitting behind the counter eating pizza and one looks up to see us walking in, gives us a blank look and says "Why are you coming in so late? Next time call." I was outraged by that statement. I looked down at my watch to even see if it was 9pm, only to see that we arrived during their business hours. All we wanted to do was give them business, and to get Pizza in return. Instead we walked out the door empty handed, and went to look for dinner elsewhere.

Actually pretty good pizza! Got the two slice deal with a drink and it came out to $6.50. You can also get them to go and it looks like that special applies all day! The place is very basic (what do you expect for $6.50) but clean. Yeah, the guy there is not real friendly. He's just quiet and wants to get through the orders. They even have the 28" pizzas with a few under $25.
