An updated version of a Vietnamese pho place, modern decorated, modern China. The menu is nicely printed. They have a good selection of appetizers and entrees. It's more like a fusion version of Pho.

Best pho I've ever had. Absolutely delicious. I had the spicy broth and it was perfect (not too spicy). I will be going back.

Went with my picky son. He really liked the fresh spring rolls (not fried). The accompanying peanut sauce was just the right amount of spicy. It was his first time trying pho, and he really appreciated how flavorful the broth was. I got a shrimp and chicken rice dish Really yummy, except I might have gotten a funny stomach from it. I don't care. I'd get it again.

I have been eating here for years and it's been fantastic each time.
My favorite dish is the filet mignon pho. It is fresh and hot, great for lunch or dinner, and is a great comfort food.
There are also many other things to choose from and good drinks and beer.
The place has always been clean and professional. The parking is always easy too, as it's in a large parking lot.response / report this review -

From the green tea (balanced, flavorful, no bitterness at all) to the Land and Sea bun (best bun I have ever tried anywhere) to the rare steak pho (spiced to perfection), everything reached new highs and delicate flavor nuances that are unique to this place, and truly delicious. If I can give 20 stars I would. Very very highly recommended if ur a foodie and quality food hunter.

Great customer service, very friendly, my wife and I have become regulars here, great food, always improving their recipes therefore flavors and quality.
Our favorite Pho place; we recommend their Ribeye Pho w/Spicy Broth and their Fresh Spring Rolls as well as their Egg Rolls. They aren't cheap with their portions either my Wife and I share our Pho and are always satisfied and I eat a lot 🍜response / report this review -

Food, e.g. pho, is fresh and tasty with interesting combinations and ingredients available, friendly service, cozy and clean atmosphere and prices are reasonable.

Clean pho. Get the filet mignon, good quality except they don't give you much meat or noodles mostly broth. It's pretty good though. More Americanized. Happy hour items are good, and some drinks too. They have craft beers and mixers.

Not the best pho I've had in town but this restaurant offers a much less authentic experience that other pho restaurants offer. That's a good thing. Too many $5 pho restaurants just want to feed you and kick you out the door. Mignon is one of the few pho places that lets you sit and enjoy your food and company.

Kevin was the server/waiter that served my fiance and I, his attitude was amazing and he was extremely helpful and nice. Give him a raise!! Wonderful place!
