Kayla with client intake is SUPERB! She is professional, kind, and courteous. She gave an informative breakdown of pricing and services. You can tell that she really cares about any pest problem you might have and wants to help. While I haven't had the technician on site (scheduled for 1/2), I am incredibly confident that I won't be disappointed. Will write a separate review regarding the technicians visit next week.

I've used My Pest Pros for years and have always been very happy with their service. They are responsive, prompt and very professional. I highly recommend them for any issues including rodents, termites, insects, etc.

This is the first time I have had to use a pest control service after buying my townhouse 14 years ago. From calling around with pricing to finally calling “My Pest Control. Your call staff was so nice and easy to work with.
Our tech named Victor came right on time, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and myself and our family throughly enjoyed having him here. Hopefully we won’t need pest control after all our treatments but if we do we will be calling My Pest Control with a recommendation that Victor is our tech. From outstanding customer service provided by Kala (Kayla?) to expert technical and customer service provided by George, I cannot recommend My Pest Pro's more! As someone who rarely writes reviews, without hesitation, I need to express my gratitude and appreciation for the excellent services received.
Having recently moved into a corner townhouse with a beautiful, lush forest behind us, I noted quite a bit of spider and critter activity in our garage, lower back patio and bushes. With a 7 y/o and pets, I wanted to ensure our total comfort and safety ASAP. Kala allowed me to vent with great professionalism, empathy and compassion. She clearly and concisely articulated my plan and treatment options, which was promptly followed by her scheduling a phenomenal technician to come assist within less than 48 hours!
As I was DoD Pesticide Applicator Certified for 8 years, upon George's arrival, I immediately began to question his methods, application and dewebbing process. George provided expert answers along with objectives, plan of action and milestones. While he conveyed they're should be no issues following treatment, George reassured me that with my Pro Plan, if pest related issues occur between my quarterly treatments, all I need to do is reach out to My Pest Pro and he or another technician would return at soonest.

I had a very positive experience with Pet Pros and would not hesitate to use them again. They did a great job, were on time, professional and got the job done right the first time. I was worried they would try to bait-and-switch me and overcharge but they did not. They were true to their estimate given when I sent them a photo of the hornets nest I needed removed. Shout out to Melanie for fantastic customer service and helping me through the process.
