The first time I came here a few years ago I swore I would never go anywhere else. The worker was extremely helpful when it came to picking out new paint and setting us up with the needed supplies and not just telling us we needed the most expensive everything.

I just went back a few days ago and my feelings have certainly changed. The worker was pushing top shelf everything and couldn't even explain the difference other than the price. The workers all had their noses out of their masks and they didn't say a word to a customer who came in without a mask that was wondering around the store. I won't be stepping foot back into this store until the pandemic is over. Not worth it.

Scheduled a measure for blinds 2 weeks prior. The first time I was called the morning of and told to re-schedule for next day. When time had passed on second appointment I called to be told that “new system “ meant extra meetingswhat? Scheduled for the third time but wonder what would have happened if I had not called (an hour and one half later than person was due to measure! So disappointed! Without customers what good is new (or old) system? Will hope the third time is the charmwonder if owner or manager knows about poor follow through!

If you want your paint to match I will say they will closely put themselves as perfect of matching the colors you need for your wall or ceiling for any renovation that you do for painting and their knowledge on stains or excellent

Friendly and Courteous Staff

We were concerned going into a store that we thought would cater more to professional painters. No need for that concern. We had questions and they were answered clearly and with explanation; provided options, giving pros and cons of each. Did not try to sell the highest price but gave explanation of each price range and then gave recommendations based on the job we were doing.

Plan to go back there for my next paint purchase; would recommend to others.
