All that is sold here are crafting supplies, not a single freezer in the place. How am I to do my grocery shopping when there is no freezers with fish in them.

Other than the friendly cashier everyone else was completely unhelpful and looked miserable. I'm a novice when it comes to being crafty and felt very uncomfortable here , like I was just an inconvenience. Great selection of fabrics and I did buy some , but I will not be returning.

Only place I know that takes the coupon discount off the highest item. I came here the day after Black Friday and saved a ton on my supplies for a school project❤️🎉✨

Wanted some information on a sewing machine. None of the employees could even tell me the difference between each machine except for the price. The manager was not even decent enough to personally talk to me. The cashier proceeded to ignore me, ended up returning the merchandise. Complete lack of respect to their clients.

Very helpful, great experience.
I am clueless when it comes to projects and the ladies at the cutting section were super amazing. I read the reviews and prayed I would get the ladies in a helpful mood, Im grateful they were extremely helpful. The lady measured and cut the material I needed for redoing my dinning room chairs. I really liked the material and regardless of the price I was going to make the purchase. Without me asking the lady let me know about the coupons available I received a fantastic deal. I went to purchase some Patriotic fabric. The sign said "40% Off Patriotic Fabric". I selected the fabric, had it cut and noticed that it was priced at the regular price. The lady who was assisting me was very polite. However, one if her co-workers interjected her unsolicited and overtly condescending comments about how I had the wrong brand and what the sign said. Rude and very unfriendly. Needless to say. I left the fabric as well as the other notions there. if you're up for bad customer service, go to Jo-Ann Fabric on Smoketown Road in Woodbridge, VA!
