The live pianist was a wonderful touch to the atmosphere. They had a wonderful selection of good quality clothing, the only reason it is not 5 stars is we were in there for close to 20 minutes and no one asked if assistance was needed.

Every time I return to Ft Wayne, Von Maur is always a must visit destination. It is one of my favorite stores. Classy. Beautiful merchandise. First rate personnel. It is pampering to spend time there. They do alterations on premises if needed. Plus they ship all my merchandise to me free of charge.

I love Von Maur, customer service is always excellent. I think I also love this store because it brings back memories of my childhood of W & Ds l shopped there with my Daddy when would buy beautiful gifts for my Mama. I can buy special gifts for my family and even have them wrapped and send free what more could we ask for interest free?

I Often order online because with free shipping, free gift wrap and zero interest credit card it's crazy not too! So I ordered an item, upon receiving I noticed that it had been marked down $20, then a new sticker of regular price put on top. I called them wanting the mark down price because they don't mark items back up. I had emailed customer service and included of picture of the price, I didn't hear back in a couple days so I called. The customer service person I spoke with (I think Diane?) said that that item had never been marked down and she couldn't find my email, so I said that was fine, I'll just take it to the Fort Wayne store and show them. About an hour later she called me back, she said she couldn't imagine that I would be making that up and searched further for my email, she found it, saw the picture, she doesn't understand how it happened, but credited my Von Maur card the $20 + tax. So pleased with Von Maur that I ordered 3 mored items that day including 2 gifts. Von Maur makes for the BEST gift giving, especially with the free beautiful gift wrap!! My favorite store!!
