Roy and Bill were amazing. They stayed late to help me and worked so hard to get me into a vehicle without damaging my credit. I highly recommend Roy. He is personable, helpful, and encouraging. Craig Pratt went above and beyond in helping us find the right Audi Q5 we had been looking for. He reviewed every feature and took the time to demonstrate all of the controls, program the Bluetooth and was just very helpful and friendly.

The service department is awesome. They are very friendly, upbeat, and ready to serve. I've never been treated in such a way that made me feel ignorant like I feel at many other dealers.

I gave a rating of 4 because I tried to and wanted to purchase my car at my local dealer. They could not or would not give me a good enough price. I was able to get the same vehicle at another dealer, with more options, at another Nissan dealership. I did my homework and gave three different dealers only one chance to give me their best deal. Another dealer did just that.

Still, they do a great job here. Keep up the good work.

Throughout the buying experience everything was handled very professionally. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

I could not have asked for a better car buying experience! The team at My Auto Import is truly next level, their customer service is second to none!

Roy was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. From reminding me things I should check for while on my test drive to helping me get my plate off of my old vehicle before picking up my new car, Roy was willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle I was buying and found a vehicle that was a good fit for me. If you want a genuinely nice, easy going guy who is going to give you his honest opinion and go out of his way to get you the best deal on a vehicle, Roy is your guy!

If you have any performance cars or a nice car for that matter i would steer clear of this place. I brought my vehicle in for a airbag replacment(recall work) and they decided to take it upon themselfs to drive my car without my permission. They had no reason to drive my vehicle for a simple airbag rapair. And i am very upset that they did not contact me to at least ask permission to look into it.😡 Also they were most likly ragging on it because that would be there only reasoning to drive it to see how quick it is, very frustrated right now. I will never bring my vehicle there for any type of service. Good luck.👎

Purchased a used Venza here last night. Most of the staff were friendly, and we got a good deal on the vehicle, but several other things killed the experience overall. First was the nearly two-hour wait to complete the paperwork, which we were told was due to a backlog in the financing department. Second, there were several scratches on the vehicle that we were told the detail guys would be able to buff out, but in reality, they didn't make much of a difference. In fact, I'm not convinced they did anything to the vehicle at all. And third, the finance manager, while friendly, was a bit unorganized, and managed to sneak in a small fee that would "save us from having to wait in line at the Secretary of State". When I called him out on the fee, he stated that he "could re-write the entire deal, and we would have to go to the SOS to transfer the plate", and we would have to sign all the paperwork all over again (not an option after that two-hour wait). And, I did some research today, and it turns out that the dealership is supposed to handle all that anyway, as it's covered under the "Doc fee". So, while it's not technically illegal due to the wording of their fine print, it IS highly unethical.

Each of these things in itself would be trivial, but taken together, they pretty much ensured I won't be going back any time soon.

We had our questions answered, test drove vehicles and choose our options. We are pleased with the sales people, management and Toyota specialist who made sure we knew how to use all of the features on our new vehicles. The service department is awesome! Very nice waiting are and kind employees!

We bought a car from here in December 2016 and I am just now ready to write this because of how disappointed I am/was. We were most irritated by the fact that the dealer said our loan was going to be through Huntington and I ended up getting a bill from Fifth third. Second I asked them not to run my credit through multiple banks as we were beginning the process of buying a house and then they ended up running it through multiple lenders (I told them I would look myself if they were going to do so). I feel that I was taken advantage of. There were other multiple small reasons we most likely will never buy a car here again for example the employee who sold the car to us kept leaving us and was very impatient with us, talked us into getting the coating over our car which I can't even tell a difference after it was applied, etc.

I have been dealing with Josh for the past two weeks on a new Armada purchase. He was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. I am a very anxious car purchaser and ended up not purchasing the vehicle I had placed a deposit on. His response was very understanding and pleasant which is why I wanted to write this review (my first ever!) It is one thing to be nice when you think you have a big sale, it is another to be respectful even when that sale doesn't happen. Thank you, Josh!

I recently bought a car from here. I am glad that I am married, so that the salesman could patiently answer all of my husbands questions while attempting not to look at me at all. It was also nice that they asked for my husbands name, as I do not have one. It is also good that my husband has a lot of downtime at his job so that the dealership can call him to make appointments for me. We all know women just cannot make their own appointments or keep their own schedule! I am also glad that the dealership is near a mall so that I can spend all of my husbands money from his job! The mall is also convenient for when you have a 4:30 p.m. appointment and they can't get you in until 6:30. It made me mad, which is understandable since I cannot control my emotions. No man was ever upset at waiting two hours after a scheduled appointment time. Never. Also, as I lack logic, I understand completely why they only have one person who can do finance paperwork for both the used car and new car section. If I were capable of thoughts, which I obviously am not, I would wonder why they don't have more people working in their finance department. It's a good thing women don't have to think! If it were 1957 and I were looking to buy my first car, and did not have appointments (or a job!) I would go back to this dealership. (The car, so far, has been fine and that is the only reason I bought from this dealership.)
