  Best burgers in Alabama! Amazing fries!! Delicious artesian bun ranch dressing to dip my burger in was so freaking good!!! From Texas visiting! Amazing service!!! Please check this place out!

  Really good burgers. I recommend the Cream Cheese since it is a balanced meal that doesn't make you too full.

  Service Sucked !!! Ridiculous. Came in on Thursday at 7pm. Hardly a soul in the place. Took an hour and a half to get an appetizer and two entrees and our bill. No silverware, no drink refills no nothing until the bill was dropped on the table. Server took order, kitchen staff delivered food, never saw her again until the end. WTH? Attempts to get other staff to assist were futile. Everybody either too busy on their cell phones or playing grab-ass with other service staff. Those who were not doing either of the aforementioned were sitting at the bar. This place will be closed within a year if service keeps up at this rate. Best thing you could do manager is be more aware of what's going on out front during service. Reminds me of the movie shenanigans. And as others have noticed there has been a noticeable decline in the quality of the food. Not the same as it used to be. Won't be going back

  Food is pretty good. When it is right that is. I ordered to go 3 times from here through iron city delivery. 1st time everything was great. 2nd time I didn't get any gravy at All for my country fried steak or mashed potatoes when I had paid for extra! 3rd time I didn't even get the right food.

  This experience was supposed to be a quick after movie snack, however it turned out to be much less than desirable. It started out well getting seated immediately, then waited several minutes for the server to approach the table. After getting our beverages my unsweet tea was just watered down and unfit to drink, our server had to be tracked down to get me something else to drink. Our order was simple enough a burger with fries and buffalo wings with
  fries. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. Then as we got our food both orders were undercooked! I know some pride themselves on being a farm to table restaurant but this was just ridiculous! Hamburger was too rare and as I bit into the chicken wing I saw red ..twice! The only thing I can say good about this place is the beer was cold and the server did offer a gift card after such a bad experience . That offer was declined and we will never patronize this Mugshots (Vestavia) again!

  I'm not a burger fan, but this place never disappoints with the Will All American Burger. The southwest egg rolls are great also.. well worth the money.. very filling, I can barely eat my whole burger.. nice hang out spot to watch a game or two..

  The place specializes in burgers. I was not expecting the blackened shrimp and mahi mahi to be so good! I highly recommend it.

  Extremely slow service. Food was good, when we finally got it. 10 minutes wait to get seated. That was ok. But over 30 minutes to get our food after being seated and waiting 5 minutes for waiter and 5 minutes more for our order to be taken. From Colorado and was highly recommended. Disappointed is what I feel

  Horrible experience. We started with one server, who disappeared, and another one finally came and took our order. The first one came back and said he was overloaded and our food would take a while to get out. We finally received our food after 45 minutes. One person in our Party did not get their meal and when we asked about it, they said they didn't hear him order a meal. We did not receive any apology or offer to credit any part of our bill. And since we had a party of 8, we were charged an automatic 18 percent gratuity. It's a good thing for them, because it would have been significantly less that that. We won't be back.
