This is my first time working with Steven, and let me tell you it was a nightmare. Although I gave him a full six week prior to the tax deadline, I decided to cut my losses and not have him file my taxes. It took five emails during a span of 3-4 weeks before I even got a response from Steven on basic questions, such as "what is the status of my return and do you file electronically" (that's right, he would not respond to these question). Finally, when I got a response it said "its in process and awaiting my review", what does that even mean? Anyways, I followed up with asking for a timeline, alas i did not get a respond and decided to get my documents back and run for the hills. Furthermore, when I first met with him it seemed he was not aware of some basic tax strategies such as a back door roth IRA.
