The service department , especially Blake were very helpful. They got me right in without a appointment, does anyone know if this is normal for this store. After almost dropping my bike in one of carmels MANY roundabouts I figured that a checkup was in order and I was right rear tire was down to 2/32 the front was only slightly better so they replaced both tires and the rear brake pads. I felt that they were very through and didn't pressure me to purchase. Great experience 5 stars for sure.

I had to bring my Dyna to Harley-Davidson of Indianapolis for my 1,000 service. Everyone was very professional and kind that I came into to contact with. The service took only slightly longer than expected, so they offered me a discount on my service bill, which was above what I expected. It's always a great experience, and I always enjoy catching up with Cathy Neel, my fit specialist. She asks about my family and how things are going. It's always a nice experience. Joe Murphy and his team do a great job in every aspect of the store.

“Blew a tire in I-865. HOG Roadside Assistance was poor (they had no idea where I was even though I gave them the interstate and mile markerwow!) but this dealership excelled! Picked me up within a 1/2 hour and from start to finish only took about 2 hrs. Friendly and highly recommended dealership! The driver and Ryan are the BESTRyan always kept me updated! Fun dealership too. Thanks much!!”

Lisa is definitely one of the best employees at Harley Davidson in Carmel. She is very knowledgeable about the products in her department, as well as a few others. She helped me to make purchases for riding great on several occasions, and she had detailed information regarding the quality and fitment of the products reviewed. She also was very helpful providing opinions in style choice that were spot on in terms of what I was looking for. Lisa is also very friendly,approachable, and patient, which are all excellent qualities to have in a sales associate, and quite frankly, difficult to replicate in the retail industry. As far as my shopping experience has been in this location, Lisa has been a pleasure to work with, and I look forward to seeing her when I visit the store, as I know that she will did her best to make me feel at home.

After many years of not owning a bike, I decided to jump in and purchase a Harley. Entering Harley-Davidson of Indy I was greeted at the door and immediately connected with Cathy. Since I haven't owned a bike for so many years I'd hate to repeat the number, and never owning a Harley, I was full of questions. Cathy was patient and amazing making me feel comfortable while I asked all my silly questions. Highly recommend Cathy and the dealership. She's the greatest!

These two have always been fantastic. Chris has always been very helpful in making sure the bike is running at its best and his suggestions for new parts are honest and valued by me. Ryan always has a smile when you walk into service and has a great information as well for new ideas. Also, both know me by name which provides a very nice personal touch to Northside. Lisa Williams was so personable. She helped me with boots. After bringing out all the boots from the back room with a smile, she was happy as I was when I bought the first pair I tried on. She was so patient with my daughter and I. Then she signed me up for the rewards program and explained it very thoroughly.

Each time the visit was positive and your staff friendly and professional, spending time educating me on the latest Motor Company offerings. I felt comfortable talking to Matt and then more recently with Ted. They were both extremely patient with me while we sorted out which bike that would best suit my needs. I came in yesterday and had a super buying experience with Matt, Ted and Jeff. Everyone I met during my time there was friendly and very welcoming.
