Best diner in Frederick! Tons and tons of options, just like a diner should have. Greek, Italian, American, German, so many different kinds of food. And the coffee isn't awful, like most diner coffee! This has been my #1 diner for the past 7 years, and even though I've moved out of state, I always come here when I come back to visit. I always ask for Kathy!

we went here after seeing the long ass line at denny's. pleasantly surprised with a great menu, and great service. [if you don't like runny over easy eggs, ask for over medium]

I ordered the Western Omelet with hash browns. The omelet was very bland and contained only ham, green peppers and onions. I did not see any cheese or spices in my what should have been western omelet. The hash browns did not have any seasonings not onions. Some of the potatoes were not fully cooked in my hash brown order. The service was great and really fast. I will go back only to be sure this was just an "off" day.

Awesome place for a hot, fresh and filling all-American breakfast. I go out of my way to eat here when I'm in the region. Great staff, excellent service!

Very good food. Large portions. Delicious homemade deserts. Very friendly and prompt service. Breakfast is served all day. A true American diner.

Breakfast food was not appetizing. Browned pancakes with house syrup tasted bad. Pancakes were thin. Very sparse on whipped butter. Syrup had an odd flavor. Sent back breakfast. Other breakfast eggs over medium were runny on bottom. Hash browns were rubbery not cooked through. Bacon, ham and sausage were good. Good service. Women's bathroom outdated and not cleaned well. Second visit there. Disappointed.

It was getting close to closing time (about an hour before close) but the staff were all very kind. Our waitress, Judy, was very attentive and sweet. The food was fantastic as well. I definitely recommend the reuben.

Noon on a sunday, pretty packed but still got a seat right away. I had the gyro omlette, which was absolutely *delicious*! Definitely reccomend!

If you like diner food and a whole lot of it you need to visit the Mountain View Diner. I once asked the owner why they serve so much food, he said: "if you leave hungry it's your fault". The portions are huge I always walk out with a doggie bag. I usually order breakfast because they will make poached eggs and they have scrapple on the menu and make it to my specifications. Chicken salad is very good, and they make the tuna salad the way I like it with just mayo. Try Mountain View and bring your appetite

Fantastic little diner. Prices are okay. Waitress Judy was so nice!! Food was good quality although my sausage patty had a pink spot on the side. Nice little place to stop.

French toast was really good. Not too busy late at night. The service was a bit slow, but nothing to be upset about. They have a large fresh pie selection with a huge menu. I have been twice and so far the French toast is where it's at.
