Was sat and waited over 20 minutes. Waiter never came and even greeted us. Watched another couple get seated and helped within 5 minutes. Other tables had the same problem. No wonder all the chili's are going the way of the dodo

Terrible food and horrible service. The table was dirty and kids were running and screaming. It was like a bad McDonald's.

My family and I went there around 4:00 pm. First we wait for 10 min. to be sitting and them we wait 20 min. at the table to have drinks and order. The have poor customer service.

Last time i went here the fries tasted like they were made in the same oil as the shrimp, which my child has a Mild seafood allergy so it caused a problem, will never go here again due to this

Quite possibly the worst experience my family has ever had eating in a restaurant. I'm not really sure where to begin, so I'll start after we were seated. Waitress creeped my wife and I out so badly that I caught my wife and myself both looking for needle marks on her arm. She was definitely on some type of drugs. She came to our table 3 times in approximately 2 minutes asking if we were ready to order and did not return after that until approximately 20 minutes later. We ordered the tableside guacamole which was brought out and looked ok. Then, our Waitress decided to dump the entire cup of salt on the guacamole. My wife and I were utterly repulsed when we tried it. We returned it and it was never replaced. We sat for approximately 40 minutes waiting for our food and then my wife received the wrong dish with the wrong type of meat. The entrees all looked as though they had pulled it from the garbage can (no exageration). There was even a French fry in her dish (the dish was not supposed to have French fries at all). Needless to say, we spoke with the manager who apologized profusely, and we offered to pay for our drinks. The manager offered the drinks on the house at which time the Waitress made an unwelcome return and continued to apologize after I had told her that was enough in a polite attempt to get her away from my family. We will never eat here again and I promise that anybody who mentions going here will receive the same instruction from me.

I do not have a problem with the waitresses or waiters. my problem is how they have cooked my steak there have been numberous times when I would cut into my "medium" steak and it was red throughout. there was one time it was close to rare so I asked my kind waitress if they could cook it up some more it came back after not even two minutes still very red on the inside. the manager paid for my food but only after telling me that that was their "medium". I didn't know that each place had their own cook. I have gone back two more times and each time my steak is still undercooked. I would not go. the Manager treated me like I did not know what I was talking about. and she tried to defend the cook saying he had work there for a number of years so he basically had the steaks on a timer. which is fine if they didn't keep giving me the thickest piece of steak they had. I am just really over that place.
