Just like the review a month ago from another customer, I do not recommend this place and have a blown engine after driving the vehicle I bought 6 months prior. I was happy with the sales portion, we purchased the most expensive truck they had on the lot with a decent monthly payment. That day the check engine light came on. They did honor their 1 month warranty but it took about 5 months to "fix the issue." The only reason it took so long was because they would tell me they would call back but never would, continuously calling to try to schedule a time for the "new" reason the light was on to be fixed was a mess. It took several times of me dropping the vehicle off for 24 hours for it to be "fixed," including 1 time where they never moved it and said they couldn't get to it that day, once where they couldn't find my key, as well as two other times that they ordered the "wrong" part. I have a hard time believing this but fine I was happy to have it back without the light on until one month later my engine blew. There were no warnings, it's a 2011 Ford F150 ecoboost, google engines blown on this truck and you won't find many instances but somehow mine does. It doesn't add up that they fixed the check engine light, for it to blow a month later. We've called them the last 2 months because they said they would work with us, but each time we get told to call back. We're current seeking advice from an attorney, if you're having the same experience I recommend you do the same and do not buy from them if you're considering it.

Veey nice until you realize u got a lemon!! Then come to find out Motor maxx is a sign and they have alias and several judgements! Please do tour research or go to courthouse and see all the judgements. U should be graded when things arent good. They get a F. Car wouldn't pass inspection emmisions and a bad motor after 1 wk. Warrantt means nothing!!!

Im in love with this 2012 Nissan Altima!! Gabi and Norman were so nice and chill! I recommend them to anybody! They have very nice cars for good prices!

Came to this dealership from a recommendation from a co worker. Said they approved him with credit issues and nobody else could. That's the main reason I went there. I am happy I did because I got a better car then I expected with a lower payment then I expected. The car was good with no issues, only thing I wanted was an extra key but they only had one key for the car. I ended up ordering one online like the recommended and it saved me money. Not pushy at all when It comes to buying from them, I actually drove 5 cars before picking one and they did not seem like it was a big deal. A big thanks to Norman and the manager that worked with him

I've had past bad dealership expiernces where basically I drove off with a DUD! but this place is EXCELLENT! Excellent costumer service, great people. I told them my price range and how much I wanted as a monthly payment and sure enough drove off that night with a vehicle. I am very pleased. I will recommend this place to anyone.

So I bought a car from this dealership and was pretty surprised about how legitimate they were. I bought 2 other used cars from big franchise dealerships and to be honest I had a better experience with these guys.
I actually visit both stores and ended up buying one from there Warrenton location. They gave me a warranty on the car for 30 days, which was shocking. Customer service was good and so was there salesman. There finance manager was extremely helpful and got me approved with a pretty good rate.
Lot is pretty tight so parking was tough.response / report this review
