TV and room were nicely done. Had hard time getting to the motel I had stayed there about 8 years ago. There was someone racing the engine at 1 am and they did it for about half an hour.

Very pleasant stay. This was my first time staying at a Motel 6, and the service was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will definalely be staying at that location again when I visit Raleigh.

Well it's Motel 6 good value for the money they have a weekly rate, good daily rate, coffee in the morning, lots of channels on the TV, the internet was fast for a discount hotel. Also this location is close to a lot of shops. One thing about Raleigh it is not lit up so it's very dark when you're out. The negatives are that the class of people that stay here like to go out until all hours and chat and make noise and had dogs barking in my room during the day.

Staff were friendly and the motel is close to everything you need. The rooms could use a deep cleaning. They need to have a more appropriate pricing system instead of making up the prices on a daily basis. Keep in mind when renting a room, the weekends, holidays and special event nights/days are more expensive.

The first room I was given smelled terribly of smoke. I requested a second room and the front office staff member was kind enough to give me a new room without much fuss.
The second room smelled more like body odor, but not as much like smoke, so I stuck with that one. However, after settling in I found cigarette ashes on the towel rack in the bathroom.
The bathtub appeared to have several of marks that I took to be scorch marks from cigarettes. There was no way to turn on the vent in the bathroom.
There was only one power outlet within arm's reach of the bed and the bed was jammed up next to it so that you couldn't really use it.
I'm not sure if the entire motel is pet free, but I could hear dogs barking several times in my room because the walls were paper thin. Not to mention being able to hear the person's TV in the room next door.
The only positive was that it was very affordable. I thought Motel6's saying was "We'll leave the light on for you", but I guess it's more like "You get what you pay for".

The rooms aren't that nice for the price. The bedding is stained and ive seen several roaches. I don't know what kind of guests they are used to having but I was treated very poorly the next morning. Banged on my door demanding I leave. I told them I was getting another night and would be right there. I missplaced my key and he proceeds to lecture that I cannot loose a key in a room. I brush it off and head to the front desk to pay.l and the guys takes off right when he sees me. Makining also rude wife deal with me. They must be used to a bad element and it reflects in their customer service.

This motel gave my personal info to the police! Everyday, I believe before check out they give a list of all their guests to the police so they can look for warrants! In 2015 The Supreme Court ruled that cops cannot force motels to release their guests info to do back ground checks. The practice was deemed as a violation of our 4th amendment rights. Now they do it willingly. Stay here at your own risk.

I mean people are expecting Marriott Hotels services in $50. They have best service and well maintained rooms. Staff is very helpful. Best rates in almost all North Carolina.

The room was large, well furnished - I liked having a refrigerator and
microwave oven. Pet friendly is always wonderful! My yellow Lab
    also enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for convenience during my long travels. This place really needs a DEEP CLEANING REGIME. The room smelled awful. But the friendly staff at the front desk helped resolve that issue by giving us an orange scented air freshner spray that we emptied entirely in the room. Be careful driving around the building due to pot holes & crooked drive way. This Motel 6 I won't be comming back to.

I stayed at Motel 6 over the weekend that Animazement was being held. The room was very spacious and clean. Both the mini fridge and microwave worked which is a big plus. The water pressure in the shower was perfect. The only issue I really had was the bathroom door not closing, it would always get stuck inside of the door jamb so I would have to let my friend know not to come near the door so they wouldn't see. The staff was really nice and overall it was a nice stay.

The room was extremely spacious. I booked a 1 bed and was expecting a king bed which would have filled the space thus creating a more homey feel. However, I was greeted with a full size bed which provided us a place to lay our heads, but little space to kick back and enjoy. The upgrades look nice. The wifi was not working as well as the refrigerator in the room. Other than that, my basic needs were met.
