  It was nice enough but the bed smelled as if they did not change the sheets after their previous guest checked out. The free breakfast is included and good if you haven't had it for too many days. I wish they change what they offer from time to time. The staff was friendly and courteous.

  Conveniently located within walking distance to the Crabtree Valley Mall and a short drive to a vibrant downtown Raleigh, this hotel is a great deal. The property is well maintained and clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. We were impressed by the offerings for breakfast which were mostly low carb and whole grain. We will stay again on our next visit to the area!

  My employer booked an overnight stay here for me for a local training. My stay would have been perfect had I not been awakened at 2:15 am by bedbug bites on my arms. After checking both beds.sure enough..bed bugs. The hotel was great about relocating me to another room after at first telling me they were booked solid and refunding the funds to my employerhowever I felt like since I was the one who experienced the ordeal, I should have been offered a free night's stay at another property. I never did go back to sleep.

  The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were nice. I had no problem connecting to the wifi and it was fast. The breakfast was really impressive. I had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

  Stayed for 2 nights. The room smelled horrible. Smelled like wet, musty, moldy carpet or towels that never dried out, but it was coming out of the air conditioner. It was overpowering. If we had stayed longer, I would have asked to change rooms. The windows don't open up so couldn't get any fresh air in. The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast was fine. We stay at marriotts most of the time. Won't stay at this one again. The La Quinta next door was nicer. We stayed there one night.

  Very happy with our stay! We had to evacuate due to Hurricane Irma. They waived the pet fee, and let us check out early when the storm turned and we could head back home.
  
  Very nice rooms, good breakfast as always, and just a short drive to downtown Raleigh.

  Convenient location. Helpful front desk staff. Comfortable beds. Needs detailed cleaning. A lot of rust around drain in tub. A/C vents filthy with dust. Thick dust layer on picture frames above bed.

  The room was smaller than I would have preferred. I requested a king size bed but the bed appeared to be a queen. I don't think the air conditioner was working properly. I have stayed at other Marriott hotels and have enjoyed my stay but this one was just mediocre.

  Hotel staff are very nice and cooperative. Lounge area is clean. Bathroom in the room had a musky, old water, smell to it. AC cover fell off and I went to put it back on, it looks like mouse poop was scattered throughout all the flat surfaces that ould be able to catch such a thing.

  Good experience at check in and a great room. Location is conveniently located near Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh, NC.
  
  Staff is courteous. Destiny was helpful in selecting the quite room. Rooms are clean in this recently (3 years ago) renovated hotel.
