For being decent price room and customer service was good
Stayed here 3 times since March. Every time we've been pleased with our rooms and stay. Clean and the bed is comfortable.
Love the fact this hotel was pet friendly! The staff was very nice; however, our room was not very clean. I didnt make a big fuss since i had a late check in and we had the dog. I would have asked for a refund due to the condition of the bathroom. I had to clean to take a decent shower at 4am. I would restay long as im able to inspect my room.
The tub would not drain. The toilet leaked water all over the floor, had to use towels to dry up the floor. There were cockroaches. The place smelled really bad like curry. I am a veteran and was in desert storm, and this was worse than that.
Check in was quick and easy. Ambience is lacking - it is in a parking lot. However, I had no road noise, and no people outside yelling. If I go back to visit my son at Ft Stewart, this is where I will stay. It was close and convenient to post - 1.6 miles to his temporary dorm.
I slept very well on the king-sized bed.
Plenty of dining options within walking distance (1/2 mile).,
Obviously newly refurbished..did a great job. The colors were pleasing. I have always been a little leary of hotel carpets..this had hard wood floors. The whole place was very clean. The people at the desk were very nice. No noise problems. Coffee was available in the lobby in the morning.
Good room for the price. No frills but clean & comfortable. Smart move to put in laminate flooring instead of carpet on their last update. Much easier to keep clean & odorless.
My room was a no smoking room but i smelled smoke remnants in the atmosphere. My toilet seat was broken Beside the toilet was a DEAD roach. Bed was neatly made but there was a small bug on the bed. The telephone wasn't properly cleaned..there was hot sauce stains or whatever it was on it.. The janitors had DIFFERENT cleaning standards..some used bleach, some DIDN'T. Thank god for the price because if it was more, i wouldve been highly upset.
I stayed a total of 11 nights, throughout four stays, in a three week period. Issues with remotes every single time. They keep them in a drawer all downstairs and they never give you the right one. Then they switched my room without giving me a reason. Just "maintenance", then in the new room, the AC had flooded the floor which was peeling off anyways because they put it over the old floor, instead of tearing up the old floor first. Does each room look good for the money? Yes. Is it dirt cheap? Yes. Is it worth it? No. For 7 dollars more a night, you can stay at their next competitor, and they are much, much nicer. Staff was courteous. Tons of parking.
This was my second stay at this hotel. The first stay the bathroom tub did not drain. I was not able to change rooms. The manger compensated me the next time I stayed.
My second visit the shower did not work at all. Plus the room smelled bad and a rusted razor blade was found in my bathroom as well. Plus 2 lights were out in the bathroom. The manger moved us to the room next door which was a hole lot better. Had they put us in that room first I would of had a great visit. Manager was polite about everything.
This is my second time staying at Hotel 6. The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice for the price you pay. However, the room I was given smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room.
