Heater broken, tv didn't work, mildew in shower, room dark and dingy.

Gave a room that was taken an locked. Then upgraded to room with holes in walls, hot tub didn't work, lock on door broke. Check out is supposed to be 11am. Door busted open at 7am. Had chair infront of door due to no lock. Called front desk said noone in are room. Untill realized gave us different due to previous mistake. Then said room service was supposed to go to room next door. Horrible experience not worth money at all.

Got a smoking room because my wife smokes. What we weren't prepared for was the awful, old, cheap cigarette stench, that even she could not stand. The front desk gave us another smoking room that didn't smell anywhere as bad BUT the door on this room wouldn't lock when you left the room. So when we went to eat, we had to pack all of our stuff back into the car. There were no other rooms available as it was graduation weekend so we just had to deal with it.
The room was really dated. Found a cheeto and two q-tips on the floor by the bed. Lamps were coated with dust. Shelf above the microwave was coated with dust and some dead bugs. The sink mirror was obviously cleaned by a short person because it was nasty from the top to about a foot down. Guess management can't splurge for a foot ladder. We bought some Lysol and sprayed the toilet and sheets and pillows down just in case. No way would you want to take a bath in the tub. A shower is scary enough.

Really really really clean great owners very personal and caring, the best price around we stay here every time we are in town. You will not find a nicer place. 5 star at a great price.

Great place for the price. About a mile from the outskirts of this college, so you don't have to worry about morning traffic. The rooms were clean and the bed was more than adequate. I got a good nights sleep. I definitely recommend this place if you are staying in Statesboro.
