My wife and I picked out two lamps here they were not put together correctly and replacement parts had to be ordered. When the replacement parts came in they called us and they still did not put the lamps together correctly and the threads on some of the post were damaged. I explained to the manager I would not buy a damaged/defective lamp at full price but had not problem taking the lamp home to fix it. She walked out ripped the sold tag off of it and said "we have plenty of lamps in the store" and walked back into the office. I walked in trying to speak to her to let her know that we really wanted the lamps but she continued to be rude and disrespectful and so much as answered the phone then turning her back on me. If that is the way the manager (and I just found out it was also the owner) wants to treat their customers I will do my business elsewhere.

My husband and I bought our furniture for our new house here and it's held up great. We also really enjoyed the shopping experience. They have a ton to choose from, great prices, and helpful employees. We always go back when we need anything furniture related.

I've been here twice and both times I was treated as if I was bothering them. I've never been in a furniture store where I had to hunt down a salesperson and then when I find one , was treated this way. Both times, I was the only customer in the store. I guess that should've been my first clue!
