When I first visited this hotel the room was magnificent. Then the next time I came the room I was given was horrible looked like a traphouse. We paid the same price yet received 2 total opposite rooms. Definitely a disappointment.

Checked in late after 7hr drive. The room looked nice at fist glace but door looked like prison door without bars. Dirty and uneven lock. Toilet seat had a permanent ring around the seat. I had to toilet paper it any time I or my 8yr old sat down. Bed was comfy. I had to get 2 extra blankets which had cigarette burns in it because I didn't want to sleep under covers. Hairs in sheets and stains on comforter. Stains on towels..i wanted a shower so bad. Didn't want to ask for more towels
At least the tub was clean. Couldn't wait to check out.response / report this review -

Overall the first appearance the room looked good, with exception of
the entrance door that can be folded in at the bottom, needs replaced. In the bathroom there was a big wad of black hair by the commode and we are both gray, and in the corner near the bed was pizza crust. You

Cigarette burns in the sheets and blankets. Towels not clean (stains and hair). Floor had sticky residue throughout. 'No smoking room' smelled like smoke. Visible residue on walls, television, coat rack. Stained toilet seat, toilet cover, cigarette burns on sink bowl. Residue on counter top, general dirty appearance everywhere. It is completely and thoroughly unsanitary and should be closed by the health department. Standards!

I came here with my daughter from Florida - we decided we needed somewhere affordable and came across this motel and one other motel. This motel was cheaper, the rooms were cleaner, and the beds were nicer. At 10:15am the following morning after our first night, the housekeeping team came in and cleaned right in front of me and did an AMAZING job they were extremely kind and hospitable. They cleaned EVERYTHING and gave us fresh soft sheets, towels and pillows! I appreciate the service and we will most definitely return here for our trip next year!!

Old building but very nice clean updated rooms. Really satisfied. No cont breakfast though. Excellent price value. Hwy access immediately off hwy 85/29/70 and convenience store and laundromat in walking distance and 1/2 mile from walmart roses and restaurants. Block away from dominoes pizza. Would stay again

Good low rate. Room was basic but adequate. Mattress & pillow were comfortable. Got a good night's sleep. The toilet seat was very loose, a little black mold in one corner of the bathtub/shower soap dish, no facial tissue, one hand towel had a lipstick-like stain on it. The base of the bed extended beyond the mattress making it possible to easily bump your shin/calf on it. If you don't need amenities, just a place to shower & sleep at a low price, this is it.

Room was not as booked. A live spider in the floor and another bug in the corner. No microwave and fridge as described. Worried about bed bugs actually afraid to sleep in the bed. Very small bathroom. Didn't use the pool my grandson did. The morning coffee at 8 a.m. was already strong and on the empty side in the push button thermos. The gentleman at the desk never made any more and was the same man we had the evening before we checked in.

The pool was nice and clean but the hours are 11-8 only. Rooms are dirty. My grandson was crawling on floor for five minutes and his sleeper was literally black. Went to walmart and bought our own cleaning supplies Blankets are covered with cigarette burn holes. Bad mattresses and thin pillows. RUN

The room was filthy! Pictures online are not at all what you will walk into. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The floors looked like they hadn't been swept in months. Dirt everywhere. The chairs at the table in the room had stuff in the seats and you couldn't sit in them. We were only staying one night so we figured we would deal with it. All night long we sat up because there were people in the next room fighting, screaming, chasing people across the parking lot, and setting off car alarms! They were physically fighting and threatening yo shoot each other! This happened multiple times through out the night! I had my infant child with me and he was woke up multiple times through out the night! Worst experience ever. The owners must not care about their establishment as its filthy run down and they don't handle issues when they come up. I advise everyone to stay as far away from this place as possible! I would rate it even lower if I could. One star is to high of a rating for this horrible place!

Hotel is not good at all. The linen was with spots. The noise from other room was unbearable. Everything is in bad condition. They even did not change the towels. Very poor conditions. Do not recommend to stay there.

The rooms were not cleaned. There was blood on the shower curtain. Someone was shot while my family and I were staying at this Motel. The owner of the Motel was extremely rude when we told him that the microwave and refrigerator did not work at all. There are bed bugs in the mattresses. The help desk has only one nice employee that actually has good customer service. Other than her the other individuals have horrible customer service and are not helpful at all. It costs $60 per night and it is a total rip off. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE!!!🏃🏃🏃
