This was BY FAR THE WORST Hampton we have ever stayed in!!!!!!!!!! The front desk staff, both day and night,, apparently don't know how to listen, and no intention of trying to listen. We had a couple of simple complaints about the directions of the interstate to the hotel and the night staff only literally argued with us about how "easy" it was to get there. After further thought and discussion on our part we decided that she was only referring to the is WEST bound exit being "easy", which you do literally get off the exit turn right and you are there. It apparently DID NOT OCCUR to her that we were coming from the EAST bound exit and it is much more complicated and not as easy as their instructions that are "exit 229, just North" a debate all we got. In reality for future travelers that might want to brave the Rude Staff the directions are as follows
From I80 EAST Bound Exit 229, Turn Right, go a couple blocks till you get to Belmont Ave. And turn Left, you will go several blocks and it will be Hidden on your left, there is no "up high" sign to look for but it's there hiding behind a Roadway Motel. Good Luck with your adventures if you try to find it.

The customer service at this hotel is outstanding!!! Also, during our 3 day stay, we came back in the evening one time and our air conditioning wasn't working. The staff took immediate action to resolve the issue and we were up and running again shortly after. We didn't complain or anything to the staff, but they took one day's charge off of our bill to apologize for this. It was much more than we ever expected! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to find a nice, clean, superbly staffed and reasonably priced hotel!!!! You will not be disappointed!

I went to this hotel for a training with my company. The staff was quiet, but pleasant. The conference room was nice at first sight, but had some odd instances. There was a strange rattling in the light fixture, as if something was crawling around in there. Between the conference room and the lobby, there appeared to be small flying insects to contend with. Aside from that, the placement from the freeway is convenient. The bathrooms are clean and the lobby is comfortable, with enough space for a small to mid-size hotel. Clean furniture and fixtures in the common areas round out what I was able to see during my visit.

Very dirty. Rooms were okay but hallways and other places like pool and front desk area was very dirty.

Very nice for the price. Room was clean, appliances nice, hallways and lobby area clean and inviting. Friendly staff. They are currently doing construction work on the exterior but you'd never know from the inside. Only complaint is there is too much chlorine in the pool, just sitting in that room makes your eyes burn. I'd stay here again.
