Our room wasn't too bad for the price. It had a bad smell. I most likely will not be back. I would rather spend the extra $15 to get a nicer room. (RED ROOF INN)

Was at burton inn an was grossed out by the first night there an heard knights in was real clean an quite. Been here a week an would recomend to stay here anytime.

The no smoking rooms smell good and clean. This is my go to place when I visit Flint. Friendly staff and low prices. If you ask for a quite room to sleep in, they will give you one. Their is always a person at the the front desk 24hrs a day. Washer, dryer, ice and vending machines always work. A little busier in the heat of Summer, when people take their kids for the weekend to go swimming. I don't believe the other reviews about bugs, I have stayed there over a dozen times and I never never seen one bug of any kind.

Don't know how this motel got bad reviews we stayed over a month last year and already back this year. We would never think of staying anywhere else. The staff is great the price is good,clean rooms. We watch them go through some major renovations the owner and staff are still wonderful. I would recommend this motel to anyone. Please keep up the good work.👍👍

Room was very dirty, 2 flat dirty worn pillows and a/c was not working or even plugged in. I requested one in the front but was told none. When i came back all of a sudden she had one in the front. Front desk major attitude when answering any questions. I was willing to move but the major attitude forced me to ask for a refund. Big question why did she copy the front of my credit card at checkin?? I swipped my card. Seems like a scam so i reported it to my credit card. Save the trouble and go to Red roof across the street. Great stay over at the roof.

Stay away from this junkie hooker infested crack den. The tv didn't work at all, I had to take the shower handles off to turn the shower on and off with my pocket knife, the staff was rude, the guy with bleached hair and sores on his face wouldn't let me make a reservation in the phone, and to top it all off the towel I grabbed out of the towel rack had a poop stain on it. And when I went to the office to complain about it the "manager" girl got an attitude with me. So unless this sounds like your cup of tea, I would suggest staying somewhere else. The only way I could write this post was to give them at least 1 star, otherwise it would have been 0 stars.
