I love this place! The rooms were great and the view of the beach was outstanding! Going back next year!

We went through "sugar beach rentals". We are only 2 days in to our trip and it's not going well! It was listed as a 1br with a bunk room and sleeps 6. There is no way!! The bedroom is really nice, but The "bunk room" is a closet with no air flow, and an old, dirty mattress in the closet for 2 people to sleep on the floor. Good luck putting the mattress in the living room and sleeping..the club next door is so loud you can clearly hear all the songs being played until 4am. I would advise that if you think you're getting a good deal here, spend a little more and get a better location!

The only thing this place had going for it was location (that is if you're 20 something and don't mind the nonstop loud music from the club next door) The owner from Sugar Beach Getaways did a slick bait and switch through Airbnb. He wouldn't confirm our reservation through Airbnb so we were told to book directly through SBG's website. It appeared to be the same price but through tricky wording we were only getting 2 nights instead of 3. We were told we had to leave in the middle of my daughter's birthday celebration. Believe me you can find a much nicer place for the price we were charged.

So disappointed with my stay. The refrigerator didn't work and they had a small college dorm refrigerator which wasn't gonna work for 3 people. 2 of the 4 chairs was broken. On our last day our key was dis activated and they told us we would have to pay for them to re activated , I said no. Then we was given the master key. I have left several Voice mail and email messages and no one has yet to return my call. We was on the 8th floor and seems like the floor was a disaster to everyone. On a good note the Security officers was so nice to us.

Absolutely horrible! Stayed in rm 808. Very old decor. Patio furniture broken. Bedrooms had odd smell. Next to Club Lavela which music played to 4am!

The room we rented was outdated and decor was terrible. Furniture was falling apart. It needed a lot of cleaning and a lot of updating. Was told we could see beach. Saw very little of it but could see the ocean which was nice. One bathroom had a lot of mold and mildew with a horrible smell. Refused to even shower in that one. Not really sure if the price we paid was good or not. It did have s great air-conditioner. My advise is to check it out before you go. Staff was nice.

We booked a condo 6 months ago for July 4th week. All of our email conformations stated we were in 702(much nicer condo, updated kitchen and bathrooms), upon booking you are given a code to view your condo. Since all the emails said 702, we never looked. Now, 2 weeks before we go we find out they booked us with 703(older condo with mismatched furniture and unmatched and dated appliances) they never emailed us or talked to us about switching condos. We left many messages for Stacy who is a manager and no response? I spoke with another higher up manager named Mike and still a week before no response. They even said there was no way for us to have even known we were switched condo?? I am so disappointed and even more disappointed with they way we have been treated by management we booked this with another couple who usually stays in Gulf Shores, bc we told them this was a very good rated condo.
