My experience with Blue Swell was not great at all. After coordinating a trip with 10+ people well in advance I was contacted 4 days prior to my arrival date to tell me "the owner of the property needs it and i would need to find an alternative solution". They then offered my another property 20-30 minutes away from where we originally booked. I was refunded my money when I acknowledged that sort of distance was not an option and also requested additional compensation for the extra money I had to spend to secure a short notice rental in our original location. So far no one will entertain a live conversation to address the issue rather I get generic emails saying my request was denied. Mind you had I done this exact thing 1/2 of my money would have been forfeited

The location of the unit was great.

I did a lot of searching for a beach condo, and found the perfect one for our family. Ocean Villa 1001 is where we stayed, and the entire experience was wonderful. Booking and payment was super easy, communication was great, and the condo was exactly as described. We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend Blue Swell

We have booked with Blue Swell for 11 years ( before it was Blue Swell ) and stayed in the same location every year. Every communication with Blue Swell has been a very good one. We have had to change our condo size multiple years and they have been accommodating and pleasant every time. We have referred several family members and friends to Blue Swell. We highly recommend Blue Swell!

The agents at Blue Swell have been very helpful and friendly both times we have used them over the last few years! Both of our stays with them have been wonderful and they have very comparable rates to many other properties in the area! The properties have been very well cleaned and maintained and there have been no issues with checking in or out on site. I even received a discount for this latest time that we booked! We will definitely use them again in the future!

This condo is better than the pictures and the pictures are great! So easy to get in and out, a great area to be in. The decor is just beautiful and it was so clean. They have everything you need. And it does not get any better than walking off back deck right onto the sand. I would definitely rent here again!

My family and I spent an wonderful week at the Pinnacle Port penthouse. It was beautiful the picture was the same as the place. I love the view from the living room and the bedrooms. We had ample of space and the kitchen was to die for. They had everything in stock that u will need plus more to cook with and eat with. I love the service when I had a problem they came right up real quick. I'll definitely be coming back and telling all my friends about this place. I love the pools and the snack bar they had by the pool. The beach was awesome and beautiful not far to walk. Everything was close by the stores and the pier. Blue Swells I'll rent from them anytime. I'll be back next year for April and July 2018.

My family absolutely loved this place/condo! It was perfect for four adults and two children. The kitchen had everything we needed (although we couldn't find any salt/pepper, but that was okay). There were plenty of towels/wash rags and the beds were so comfy! The beach was awesome (you get two free chairs) and the pools/lazy river were really nice. My 5 year old nephew loved the water park, but my 2 year old didn't. The bucket of water that dumps out scared him. We can't wait to come back!! Thank you Blue Swell!

My two teenage sons and I took am impromptu trip to the beach right after the Fourth of July. We found this condo online for a good price and it was just perfect! Right on the beach, great view, comfortable, beautiful, very clean, great location! It was the perfect place for our vacation. The pictures are accurate, plus there is a utility room with a washer & dryer. Only two things I would suggest for improvement.. some kind of mattress pad for the sleeper sofa and at least one large skillet added to the kitchen. But I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again and just bring those items with me next time.

We stayed at an awesome house called La Luna..but you can see that in the pictures. Plenty of room and what an easy breezy walk to the beach. What is important though is who is your lifeline when things do not go as planned. Blue Swell has your back. When we went to get in the door, we had a problem with the code. I called Blue Swell and I was inside within thirty seconds as they quickly re-programmed lock. We thought we had an air conditioning problem and they had a tech on the way but we canceled the tech once we figured out what the issue was ourselves. Then one of the bedrooms had a bad cable to the TV. Again a tech was dispatched and he replaced the cable and everything was in good working order. I will recommend Blue Swell Vacations to my clients as I am a real estate agent from a different area and our company does vacation rentals too so I am familiar with this type of business and Blue Swell does a great job. They stay in touch via phone (they always answer) and text and of course email. Nice job Blue Swell! Blue Swell recommended a bonfire on the beach and here is a pic of our bonfire I highly recommend a bonfire to wrap up your stay!

If you are looking for great service, nice people, quick response and an amazing deal, Blue Swell Vacation Rentals is the place to go. They literally saved my vacation after a condo owner cancelled my reservation at the last minute, and at a discounted price at that. Their customer service is outstanding with friendly and knowledgeable staff. You talk to a real person when you call, not a computer. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. We had a small issue with one of the bathrooms being locked upon arrival (accidentally by cleaning crew) but Blue Swell addressed the issue and sent someone out within the hour. We stayed at Tidewater and enjoyed every minute of it. There were clean linens and towels, basic necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets and even clothes detergent. I highly recommend Blue Swell Rentals. A+++

Blue Swell employees are the best! They go above and beyond to make your vacation memorable. We've stayed at 3 different homes with this company and the homes have always been in tip top shape when we arrive. Anytime we had a maintenance issue or question we just called the office number and someone responded. The homes are beautifully furnished and kept in great shape. We will continue to book with Blue Swell for all of our vacations to the Florida beaches.

We can't say enough how great our vacation to Panama City Beach was. From the moment we walked in the door we were taken back by the breathtaking views of the sparking water. The condo is very well kept and had more than enough dishes for the nights we decided to stay in and cook. My son's favorite thing to do besides walk around the big mall, Pier Park, was to fish from the long pier and catch hermit crabs at night. It was serene waking up to the beautiful sunrises every morning while enjoying coffee on the balcony. The condo was immaculate! We can't wait to come back next year!! Thank you Blue Swell for a great vacation!!
