We really enjoyed our stay. Close to everything but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Our room had everything we needed: microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, large walk in closet, large bathroom. They served a nice continental breakfast every morning. We didn’t personally use them but they had a large hot tub and fire pit outside that were a nice touch. The price was extremely reasonable and we will definitely be visiting again in the future!

Very, Very pleased with my stay ! Quiet and cozy and clean. No noise from traffic, airplanes or elevators. Nice walk to ocean walking trail. Easy access to downtown. I would stay again if I visit Pacific Grove in the future. Jeffrey, from N.Y.

The room is perfect. Very helpful staff. Great location. Comes with small microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Very walkable location. The property has a fire pit and hot tub.

Lovely inn at Pacific Grove, in walking distance of some nice restaurants.
The room had no AC but we could open a couple of windows and there was a fan, so no problem. staff was very helpful.

If you are going to the Monterey bay, this is the best and most reasonable place to stay. Remodeled rooms, fire pit, spa, and great patio with fountain. Great fresh pastries for breakfast and staff was great. A must stay!

Lovely place, with comfortable rooms and beds. Tastfully decorated and clean. Excellent customer service. They did allow us to check in early with no hesitation.

Very nice and clean. Quite except when guest woke me up from my afternoon nap. They were loud coming in and out of room prior to leaving. Night time went well though. They accommodate my dog and provided a dog bed, blankets and dog bowl. Centrally located; would come back and also recommend this place.

Not very friendly service when we walked in. Barely said a few words to us and it was mostly can I see your ID.ect. Went into he rooms and they were small and smelt like stinky feet. I went back to the office and showed the rooms they displayed on their website and asked how much more for these, her reply was I'm all booked up. Number one that wasn't my question. Customers don't get treated like they're appreciated. If it wasn't for customers you wouldn't have jobs to fill the rooms. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. With all the social media to tell people about your experience you would think businesses would try harder. ~

I spend a very relaxing visit the first week in April. The room was ready upon my arrival and was clean and everything worked. It is an easy walk to the beach and lighthouse. It is located in a very quiet residential area. I was impressed by the fast wifi, a feature I use a lot. I will be back for sure.

Monterey Peninsula Inn is located in Pacific Grove, about a half mile from a small-town-feel stretch of shops and restaurants. For me this was the highlight; being able to walk (only missing sidewalk for a block or two) past many interesting houses and gardens to this main drag (some of which the hotel included discounts for) and back so easily was a great way to spend the afternoon. The room was nice, nothing super fancy, but nothing was missing - comfy bed, chairs, mini fridge & freezer, microwave, TV, wi-fi, and the bathroom was similarly functional without being luxurious. This is a cute little inn in a cute little(-feeling at least) town that I pull return to.

Very nice hotel. Close to ocean and almost everything. Rooms are small but have everything you need. TV, FRIDGE, microwave,bathtub, hi speed wifi everything available that you need. Stuff were very nice and friendly.
