Nice place with a nice restaurant. I wish they went against the flooring in the halls. It makes every door slam or shut echo loudly.

The room was disappointing. There was clothes in the closet from the prior customers, the smoke detector looked like it was about to fall off the ceiling and the electrical outlet was not inserted into the wall. Safety issues regarding the smoke detector and electrical outlet. Front desk staff was alerted to that and I hope the issues were fixed. On the upside. The staff was very pleasant. And the restaurant was very good. Good price for hotel and restaurant.

For the price it wasn't too bad. The soundproofing could be better room to room but heard little from the outside. Nice restaurant inside.

Stayed two nights and was extremely happy! The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Juan at the front office. I needed to open a bottle of wine, so he directed me to the restaurant inside hotel. They were closing, but staff was accommodating and friendly. Housekeepers greeted me with smiling faces and made up and restocked the room before my second night. Room was pleasantly appointed. Great quiet, convenient location tucked away in a corner.

Bay park hotel is in a very good and convenient location. There is a restaurant right next to it as well as a gas station. The staff also. cooperate well. The pet fee was higher than expected and the room was not to standards because of it. Overall it was a good visit.

A good, economical place to stay in Monterey. We needed pet friendly and wanted not too expensive. The room was nice and staff was friendly. The pet friendly part is not too pet friendlythey do not want you leaving your pet unattended (we usually crate ours in the room during the day) and they do not have any place for the pets to go potty. But overall not bad for the area. We used it as base camp for the aquarium and exploring the coast.

My wife and I stayed here 2 nights with my parents in adjoining rooms, 12/2016. Both rooms were very clean and spacious, with a bit of a view of the bay (and the gas station). Other than some street traffic, the hotel was nice and quiet. Enjoyed our stay very much, staff was attentive and helpful. Great place to stay for the off-season price, and conveniently located. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed during the week for work. It was clean, quiet, and right off the main road. Cool restaurant and bar with pool tables are just downstairs. Friendly staff too.

I did not stay. I was there on business yell jg a guest. Place looked nice, clean, and ppl were friendly. Would recommend for anyone looking for a decent deal on a hotel in the area.

Great location right off of freeway. Amazing salad bar. The Safari room is perfect for small events.

Stop over visit for us. The staff were very helpful. Room was large with all you require. We had breakfast in the Crazy Horse restaurant, it was perfect. Ideal to have gas station right there to fill the tank.
