The rooms have bad smell. A/C does not work. So much noise come from the street since it is just next to a busy street

Great little hotel. It a older hotel But room are clean and the bed is comfortable. That what I look at first. After that I like a fridge so I can keep my drinks cold and a good TV selection for down time. That everything I like and it makes the grade for me.

Convenient location right on Del Monte. Room was pretty clean, just had some scuffs on the walls that appeared to be from previous guests. Office staff was friendly enough. Overall, a good value.

I stayed here last year and the accommodations were lackluster but the price is right. However, attempting to communicate with the staff in any way is near impossible. Not because of a language barrier but because they are generally rude and ignorant of what it takes to make a guest happy. They will not give you any extra room keys and will charge you if you lose the one they do give you, parking is limited to one car per room and there is no local offsite parking. I have also tried calling to inquire about staying again (because this place is cheap) only to be met with the response "go online and look" and then they hung up on me. You think I didn't try that before calling? I called for help booking a stay but I will gladly go somewhere else with decently clean rooms and a shower without mold. Again this place is cheap. Do not come here for a elegant weekend. Come here for a one night stand or a place to get weird because that is really all this place is good for.

The rooms are reasonably sized and reasonably priced. You get a mini fridge, whoch is nice. There is jothing spectacular about it, but if you need a good night's rest, this does the job.

The room was OK but the facilities were not. There was no microwave in the room, which is still OK if it is provided in a common room. The owner had locked the room and there was no one to even talk to. In December cold we needed hot water as a necessity to have coffee/ tea and to heat food.

Actually, I was surprised when I arrived. The outside is nothing great to look at, but the rooms are fantastic. The shower had great pressure, the TV was up to date with lots of channels to watch, the bed was firm and comfortable, and it is close by to many options for visiting. The Wharf was a quick drive away, the beach was a small walk away depending which way you take, and there are options for taking a free ride to Cannery Row. My only issue is that because it is so close to many options, it is a bit of a high price and the outside apearance my turn some people off. Honestly, I say it is worth the price.
