Beautiful Christmas photo ops, wonderful interiors. Even if you don't stay as a guest, you'll want to stop by and appreciate the decorations!

It’s comforting to be somewhere where the staff understands that sometimes things don’t go as planned, but they’re there to help you make the best of it.
Barbara at the Concierge desk was so accommodating, so wonderful — truly went out of her way to make me feel valued as a guest and as a visitor to the Montage.
Her exceptional service was matched by every member of the staff at the front, by the bellman who was my escort to the business center, and by the other concierge desk attendant who — astonishingly — offered to help me collate the many papers I had printed for a meeting I was having in the restaurant.
Someone is doing something RIGHT during the training, and someone is doing something EXTRA right by keeping this wonderful culture of SERVICE AND HUMANITY alive at the Montage!!!!

Visited the £10 scotch bar. Great experience! Cash and Jason were great hosts, the drinks were awesome, and the bacon was tasty!

The staff works incredibly hard to make you feel at home and meet all your needs. Rooms are fantastic with comfortable beds, amazing bathrooms, and service unparalleled. I'm not a typical guest, and they make you feel like the best regardless.

The restaurant/bar had excellent service, very attentive and caring. Very friendly staff that makes you feel like your at a friend's party. Crab cakes were on point. Not to over cooked just right, melting in your mouth. Oyster were fantastic with Champaign vingerte. Would recommend to anyone looking for a very relaxed food/drink spot.

Absolute BEST Hotel & Condo both in Beverly Hills and Deer Valley service is perfect, staff is knowledgeable and attentive Spa, rooftop pool and gym are amazing and restaurants second to none casual and formal. Always make long stays feel like home! Love coming back home.

Loved the food. We did brunch here and the steak was some of the best steak I've ever had in my life. The staff was super friendly. Our server was awesome and took our drink requests even though they weren't on the menu. The views were stellar, the facility was amazing, and the ambiance was awesome. I'm from NJ, but next time I visit California I'll eat here again for sure.

I'm torn between giving a 3 or a 4. I had a day spa package. I arrived early and took my makeup off there. I had time to kill so I thought I'll pluck my eyebrows, but sadly none of the lighted mirrors worked. I told the girl and she said, "yes we know. They just don't do anything about it." Next, I finished my spa day and needed to hurry! The blow dryers were worthlessno Babyliss dryers here.. more like old motel dryers. I had to leave with wet hair. Misery.

Great hotel, with a location to match. It really doesn't get any better in terms of location, as it's walking distance to some of the best restaurants and shops in the world! The service is very attentive and the staff are friendly and eager to help. Classic interiors but have been updated.

Classy hotel all the way around. We go there all the time for meetings in Garden Bar. They even have fresh pressed smoothies, and the spa is tremendous.

Went to pick up an auction item but no one at the hotel had any clue which item was ours and I had to wait a long time to get the coordinator who also didn't know what was what. We had purchased a large framed painting that was too large to fit in a vehicle, so I had to hire a mover who then had to sit and wait on my dollar because the hotel didn't have their items organized. Can't speak to the actual hotel experience (and thus I won't give a bad rating per session) but this definitely ruled the Montage out if I am staying in Beverly Hills.

Stayed at the hotel over the weekend for medical convention. First class service. Only 3 stars due to valet not parking my Lamborghini front of hotel despite tipping and specifically advising valet to do so upon arrival . As a rule hotels must park any high end vehicles with worths of quarter of million dollars or more within visual range of hotel staff at all times because they are ultimately responsible for any untoward vehicle damage despite their disclaimer listed on the valet tickets. Probably won't be returning any time soon.

Beautiful place and excellent staff is am understatement. Where the Beverly Wilshire exudes snootiness at times the Montage only exudes quality with exceptional friendliness. It starts from the moment you pull up and the valet greets you, to the moment you leave and the valet noticed your husband wearing a baseball hat and gifts him with a montage one to take as a gift, a couple of bottles of water because it's such a warm day and directions. Every front desk person, bellman, operator, housekeeper, store cashier, you name it, they serve with a smile.
The rooms are simple and elegant, the bathrooms have soaking tubs and tvs. They offer a small bottle of champagne or wine, your choice. It was one of my favorite hotel stays ever, can't wait to returnresponse / report this review -

Gorgeous hotel, excellent amenities. On site dining is pricey but vegetarian friendly. Outdoor seating was pleasant and relaxing. Didn't hit the pool or the roof bar but heard they are great. Well worth it for a business trip.
