This place went from being one of the top places to buy electronics in DFW before the re-branding to being the worst. Store manager named Jason was rude and unprofessional when I asked him to elaborate why he refused a properly presented tax exemption certificate, and told me to 'move on' even though they are required by law to comply with the state law and hang up the phone on me. Truly disappointed by such an incompetent management. Will never go back to this place again.

Before the move and name change, this place had a huge selection of old and new games. I went by recently looking for classic games and left disappointed. There was only a few shelves holding all NES, snes, N64 and Sega games. The store looks more focused on phone/table resale, current game and new/used movie sales.

So when I bought Farcry 4 for 34(I think araound that range) dollars USED I literally only played it once and didnt like it so I go back like 2 months later to sell it back and all I got in return was 5 dollars and 20 cents thats complete BS their just like gamestop

Was better as Entertainmart but still has pretty good prices. Worth going to if you want to look for video games or movies. I usually go around christmas time for gifts for kids and nieces and nephews.

I'm very upset at the service this place offered as well as their return policy. I was there biggest supporter until they refused to refund my return due to not having a receipt despite only purchasing the products 1 week ago and the same salesperson denied my return. Overall the experience really did open my eyes to the fact that despite being a "mom and pop shop" there is really nothing special about this vendor. The prices are the same no deals and their customer service is awful. If there is one take away from this review it's that literally any store from Walmart-amazon will have better deals and service you best. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Great store with cheap prices! Definently better than game stop and movie trading company! Super low prices on used items with out having a membership like Gamestop! AND you can also find Some AMAZING deals/Specials !! AWESOME store keep it up guys!

This store is sort of like a giant garage sale or swap meet style for certain kinds of electronics. If you are below budget and really need something they MIGHT have. I would suggest at least looking, but they don't have all that much for as big as is the store. They have been there fro years, so they must be doing some good. I was however, not impressed.
