15 minutes waiting in line of over 15 people without any call for additional staff members at the checkout. I will never return to this store. It was an absolutely awful non customer-centric experience that I would advise anyone not to give an opportunity to be as disappointed as they made me. I wish I could give less than one star for the abysmal treatment they give customers

Discount shopping at it's best. The merchandise is well organized and the store is clean. The employees are almost always cheerful and get you checked out quickly.

Black Friday deals here were unbelievable! Handmade Italian dress shoes for less that $200, can't beat that. 👍

I love to shop here. I find all that I need every time I come to his store. They also have sales on items and they have variety on what they have in stock. The salespeople are so attentive. Very good experience overall💜

i was furious to find my perfect credit blemished by a silly store card. they offered me a small discount for signing up for a store card and did not send me a bill by mail. they will auto enroll you in paperless billing. i missed it thinking it was just a sales offer and when i get the letter in the mail saying past due i paid immediately. then i find reported to all three bureaus 30-60 days past due. are you kidding me. i reached out to them several times over the past three years and still no help getting it off my credit. now i have to pay to have a credit repair company to bog them down with certified request until they remove it. over a charge on a pair of jeans around 60 dollars. i will spend thousands of dollars to remove this on principal. these people do not understand the business they are in. this is retail clothing. this is a card no one wants and that is pushed on customers for a discount beware do not sign up with this one. they are very eager to report to your credit and very unwilling to remove it when it is obviously an oversight.

Great selection for boys but they have no shirts for men. I don't know of many teenagers who have a 16" neck let alone 14-15. Perhaps it is not for me. Wife found some nice things tho

Vincent was extremely helpful and patient with all my needs. He's a shining example of excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this store after my experience with Vincent.

Customer service is top notch. We recently had our vehicle broken into in the Keg parking lot on a Thursday evening. The thieves took my husband's backpack, laptop, work phone, and more, but the worst part was that his wallet with all his collected Norstrom gift cards were inside. My husband *hates* to shop, and over the past few years, he's collected quite a stash of Nordy cards, much to my chagrin. He estimated that he had about $2000 in cards in his wallet.

Now, the $500 broken car window deductible, the $100 Swissgear backpack full of hundreds of dollars of accessories (like his Beats headphones, top-of-the-line juice packs for charging his phone/iPad/etc., his actual iPad, and Kindle), the work laptop, the brand new Samsung Galaxy phone issued by his employer, etc. -- none of these were of significant loss, because so much of this was replaceable. Costly, but replaceable. I mean, thank goodness, his employer even had a ghosted backup of his laptop, so he lost no data. We were victimized, but we refused to be victims.

Until. my husband remembered later on that night that he had alllll those gift cards in his wallet. And he may as well have just knifed me in the back. TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS AT NORDY'S AND HE HADN'T TOLD ME ABOUT IT??!!? I didn't even know he had those cards! Insert grimace face here.

After I spent some time rocking back and forth and muttering to myself in a dark corner, I started making calls to try and figure out how to recover any of these cards. He said he thought he had 3-4 cards total. He had actually used one just the previous week at Nordstom Rack for a few pairs of jeans. So I called them, and spoke with manager Melissa, and along with some timeline and item information, she was able to find the transaction, pull the gift card number, drain the card before the criminals had a chance to, and assign $550 from that card onto a new one. Talk about customer service! She totally didn't *have* to help us. We didn't even have the receipt from that transaction because, derp, it was in the wallet that was stolen. And I know the other cards are just a total loss, but man, we were able to recover $550! This was after I had called Nordstom corporate and after I had called the Galleria (trying to track down the original purchase of the cards), with no luck.

Melissa was the bomb. Seriously. We took her cupcakes as a thank you. All retail stores should have the level of customer service of Nordstrom.

Heavily discounted items from Nordstrom, very popular with a lot if people. You can end up in a 10 minute checkout line even on a business weekday, especially during lunch.

Why? Because of the varying, but wide assortment of goods: Baby and kids clothing and whatnot. Coats for family. Shoes, ditto. And makeup. Some home soft goods and decor. Purses. Luggage. Jewelry. Men's and women's designer items.

Yiu can get some steals here, but you're pretty much on your own. The store is very large, but well organized.

    Happy deal hunting!!

My go to place to shop, hands down. As much as I love shopping online I like to come to The Rack if I'm free on a Saturday or during the week when they have first open. I DO NOT like a crowd, so if you are like me come when it opens that way you avoid the annoying customers, destroyed racks, and/or disorganized fitting rooms that all happen during peak hours. It's not as big as the other locations in Dallas, but it is always well stocked and there are plenty of helpful associates.

I like coming here periodically to get gifts throughout the year, and they also sell makeup and hair products at a discount. I have seen many items purchased at Nordstrom here for a fraction of the price, I could just kick myself!

    Happy shopping :)

Great deals and friendly staff. Tailoring is also available in back of store. Cheaper $ if purchased from Nordstrom but also available for any clothing you own. No waiting on line for card holders. Use express checkout in the women's top area.
