We had a great time. We've a 9 and 6 year old and they want to go back soon. My 9 year old son just wanted to ride the go-carts all day, but we played the the water and saw the animals as the zoo was open and very cool. My 6 year old daughter loved it all. My wife actually got a chance to relax in the sun.
The food was way better than carnival food. The kids ate a 1/4 lb burger and some of the full pizza. It's not cheap, but it was very high quality. My kids are used to eating organic and this meal was tasty.
The pool was warm. The kids play area wasn't warm, but you're moving around so much you get warm climbing and sliding. There isn't a life guard on the kids slides, but that's fine since the slides are slow and have a long exit. I didn't see any kids collide even when they went down one right after another. The large slides did have a life guard telling you when to go.
Check in was simple. Just don't bring food or floaty toys.
Tip: pack a cooler in your trunk and eat at your car if you want to. You can get back in the park with your wrist band.

Decent water park but very poor customer treatment. My son is allergic to soy, dairy, and egg. When I couldn't purchase any safe food options for him, they refused to allow my 5 year old son eat a bag of popcorn I had brought with us on the premises. I had to take him to the car to eat it. I understand a no outside food policy, but not when the establishment fails to provide safe food. Needless to say, my son did not understand why everyone else could eat pool side BUT him.

I took my daughter here today and she had a ball! I was really impressed with this complex all around.
Food prices are a bit high but the staff was very friendly and professional, everything was maintained well, the property itself was clean, and they even had a DJ on staff for most of the day.
I must correct Jack below because it doesn't cost $50 for the Mega Pass. It may have at one time but if you spend the duration of day here, its worth it. You have access to the water attractions, you can go on the go karts, bumper boats, and putt-putt, as many times as you want. They are also adding on a zoo.
If you get on their website, they are running 30% off so it is $35 for the Mega Pass, so it isn't $50 even on the website itself. However, I booked via Groupon and paid only $18 a piece for 2 Mega Passes! (64% off!)

Used to be a good place to go during the summer but since new owners took over the prices went threw the roof. Instead of 20 dollars all day for everything the family amusement center had to offer, it is now 25 dollars for just the water park and 25 dollars for mini golf, go karts, etc. So if you want to do everything in Monsoon Lagoon you will have to pay 50 dollars total. Its cheaper to go to Cedar Point Shores which isn't too far and all day admissions are only 40 dollars.

During the summer we come up here once or twice a month. Last year we bought a season pass and was able to go there 5-6 times. This year we bought a season pass and they had stated that the holidays are now blacked out for the holiday weekends for season pass holders. Those are three of the six times that we went last year. So this year the season passes that we paid $150 per person is useless. However, if we want to hand over an extra $25 per person, we can attend the holiday weekends with our season pass. If you plan on going there, especially for the holiday weekends, I don't recommend that you get a season pass. It's cheaper just to get a daily pass. Needless to say, we will probably no longer get season passes and probably go only once during the summer. It's really sad. My family loves the place, however with new ownership, always comes changes. Not always for the best for the customer.

Monsoon Lagoon was so much fun, my sister who is 11 had a blast on all of the slides, and with the huge bucket of water. My mom and I got frozen raspberry daiquiris and they were pretty good. I got offended though because I was asked for my i.d twice by the same woman, which really set me off. I don't know what caused her to do this, but the lazy river helped to calm my nerves!

This place is so awesome and inexpensive. I forget the exact price but if I had a reliable vehicle we would definitely get a pass and go frequently. A zoo, lazy river, water boats, kids mini water park, adult pool with bar! So very cool it's worth every penny!!

Was having a great time until my grandsons got hurt. He stubbed his toe and toe nail came off so we had to leave and we were only there for an hour and a half. The head life guard was very helpful and awesome nice. She took care of my grandsons made him feel some what better. They ended up giving us mega passes to come back. My grandsons keeps asking me when can we go back since summer is just about over. I hope to make it before it closes for the season.. Thank you To all the staff that took care of my grandson and me.

Formerly Monsoon Lagoon, they are under new ownership and the place looks excellent!! The staff was fantastic, everyone was very nice and helpful!! The putt putt was updated and looks cleaner and newer-the greens look brand new. The Safari Park was unbelievable!! They have two adorable giraffes that come right up to you. They sold buckets of feed to feed the animals, and it included carrots for the giraffes. They came right up, took the carrot from my hand, and let me pet the top of their nose. All other zoos I have been to you can feed, but not touch. This place lets you do both!! The Zookeepers were very knowledgeable about the animals, amd answered the couple questions we had. Everything was very personable, the animals would come up and would eat right out of your hands too! They were super sweet!! Will definitely keep coming back!!
