Thank you Matthews Ford service dept for fixing the problem of my ck engine light coming on my 2012 Ford Fusion. They installed a recall on an emission product and it hasn't given me a problem since. You guys are good! Thanks again

We were concerned that our 2001 Cadillac Deville was burning oil quickly, we had an idea of something to try and the service techs had the same idea and were able to help us. We appreciate the full detail sheet that you get with an oil change also.

My salesman was Jason Roth. I was in an emergency situation of needing a new vehicle ASAP and he went out of his way and brought a car up to my job that he thought i would be interested in. Even though i bothered him all day and night, even off the clock, he still had no problem answering my questions. He was so helpful and very kind. The whole crew there was friendly. I would highly suggest giving them a call or stopping in to see what they have to offer. It will be worth it!!!! YOU ARE AWESOME JASON!!!!!!

Horrible people!! The owner has no problem ripping off an older women. They take advantage of people, and will sell you anything! Even if it is dangerous to drive!! Stay away!!
Plus if you leave an honest review on their Facebook they make it so you can't comment, I guess because they don't want their customers to know what liars and thieves they really are!
Oh and the reason you can't find record of my purchase is because you ripped off my mother, I've been in contact with your GM and was told by him that it's not your guys problem. You sold the truck as is, knowing that it was completely rusted out underneath and extremely dangerous to drive!response / report this review -

My experience with Mathews Ford was amazing. I went to Steve Conley for my first big girl purchase and he did everything he could to make sure I found a car I absolutely loved!! My Focus SEL is everything I hoped for and more. Steve took the time to explain everything the car had to offer and walked me through every detail so I left confident and comfortable!! There is no doubt I will be back again, I love being a part of the Ford family! Thank you so much Steve for making my dream car become reality :)

Hands down, the best experience I ever had buying a car! Shannon Murphy went the extra mile! Came in just before closing and was extremely courteous. Having worked customer service for years, these types of pepole get under my skin, but Shannon certainly made me feel like I was his first customer of the day. I will gladly go back the next time I need to buy a car! Kudos and a huge thanks to you guys!

We have known Steve Conley for several years! We have bought several cars and trucks from him! Also our Family has bought from him! We will be sorry when he retires! If he does!! He is a great Salesman and a Credit to Matthews Ford in Sandusky, Ohio. He is also great at showing us how to use everything inside our cars and trucks! Thanks, Steve you are a great Salesman!!
