We had a great experience with salesman Charles Greenberg at Kasper Doge, buying a pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee from him. It took us two days and multiple dealerships to find the right place. He showed a few cars all within our criteria and budget and we ended up deciding on one. He knew everything there is to know about the lifetime warranty, which is why we bought the car, and introduced us to the service manager who also talked us through it.
The one thing that irked me was that the vehicle, a push start, only came with one key fob. Not necessarily Charles' fault. One would think a Jeep dealership would send a customer going with two key fobs after spending 16 grand outright.. It was annoying but easily fixable(at a little cost to us).
Worst experience ever!!!! Managers don't answer the phone and when you leave a message, she won't call you back. Salesman was ok, but you could tell he wasn't happy to be staying late to complete the sale. At one point he even rolled his eyes at us and said he needed to go get his kids from the sitter. When I finally did speak to a manager about the problems we were having they said they would call me back and that never happened. Still haven't received the tittle and it has been 6 weeks now, and they finally called back because they went to run the bank card today for the down payment and it wouldn't go through because we got new cards. So if you are looking to buy a car from some where that has good service after the sell, DON'T GO HERE!!!!! When we bought the Jeep we were concerned about the rear tail light that was cracked and they assured us it had been tested and was fine we shouldn't have any problems with it. The third day we had the jeep it rained and the light filled with water and blew. When I call the dealership the manager told me he would replace the rear tail light at cost, when I asked what cost was, and explain that I was concerned about this happening from the start but was assured that it would be fine he said he would give me a call back with the price and we could schedule a appointment then. He never called back!! We have since fix the problem our selves. We love the Jeep it is great but their customer service was just horrible and they didn't even try to make it right in my opinion. This is the first and last car I will buy from them. I have purchased a lot of cars and I always go to a dealer because they usually have the better service. I guess Spritzers set the bar to high because there service is what I'm use to.
Friendly staff and sales person, will work and try to help you get your new or used car.
Very friendly and helpful. They are not overly aggressive and willing to let you explorer the different vehicles & options
Best Jeep service department I have dealt with. Made an appointment for a recall, they set the time expectation properly. They also gave reasonable price quotes on my Jeep repairs previously. Each trip has surpassed expectations of what I expect from a dealership.
Awesome service department. After much frustration, not due in any part to Kasper or the staff, they were able to get me back on the road and were extremely reasonable after I had lost my car key. They could've easily charged me 250+ in services when all was and done, but they didn't. On top of that, Ryan and Mike were both extremely helpful and went out of their way. Extremely grateful for these guys after a rough weekend.
I would highly recommend Shane Richards at Kasper. He literally put my deal together in less than an hour. I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership.
I had the best experience with Charles Greenberg and Jenny Martin at Kasper Chrysler Dodge Jeep Sandusky. Thank you guys so much for getting to know me and working with my financial situation and for getting me approved for my 2015 Jeep Renegade. These guys took GREAT CARE of me and being VERY professional. Will be buying vehicles from you in the future!!!! Best Mothers Day present ever!
Bad. Just bad. Sad. Disappointed. Was told only one place would allow me the credit loan. That was a lie! They went with the bank that gave me the HIGHEST possible interest rate! Wow!!! Wish I would have taken my business elsewhere! SCAM ARTISTS! SCAM ARTISTS!!!
Went today 3/9/17 to look at a 2014 Ford Escape. I walked inside and was greeted by Charles Greenberg. Very friendly and helpful. I went and test drove the Escape. I loved it. Charles and the rest of the financial team were great at helping me get approved. Would recommend buying a vehicle from these guys, upfront and honest people. Can't wait to come back and get my maintenance done by there mechanics.
I purchased a new 2014 Ram 1500 tradesman edition from Kasper. Shortly after the purchase I was relocated to another part of Ohio because of my career,(2 hrs east). I have taken the truck into an authorized Dodge dealership for every service,(except one and I called the warranty people). The one time I did call the warranty people they explained that at long as I take it to an actual Dodge dealership for servicing that I didn't need to call to maintain the lifetime warranty. So now at 49995 miles the fuel pump sensor failed. I purchased a new fuel pump assembly and contacted the Kasper Service Department. Mike from service department on 3-14-17 stated that since I have not called the warranty people each time I took it in for service, even though it was an authorized Dodge dealership, the lifetime warranty is no longer valid and they will not replace the fuel pump under the warranty.
The life time warranty is a scam and fraudulent. Don't fall for it,its just a selling tactic, they wont honor it in the service department.
