  After a few bad experiences with oil changes at other places, I have been doing it by myself for the past few years. I needed it done and I didn't have time to do it myself so I asked around and Monro was highly recommend. They did not disappoint. The customer service was very solid. They did a great job and they did it quickly. Monro will definitely be my go-to oil change spot in the future.

  i do the oil change only, currently, Service is good, the attendants seem concerned about your vehicle. no hidden cost

  Lied to me about what was wrong with my brakes, ended up spending $40 on repairs instead of $450 which is what they quoted me. Vehicle has worked fine with no issues for almost 2 months. DO NOT trust them.

  Took my vehicle in on Thursday for an alignment. They didn't finish the job because they ran out of oxygen for their acetylene torch and needed heat to loosen the tie rod ends. Said they would get some and rescheduled me for Saturday afternoon. Just went back for my appointment . Said they had to reschedule me again as they didn't have any oxygen. I asked why they didn't call me to tell me. Said they were too busy to give me a courtesy call.

  They took complete advantage of the fact that I was younger, and didn't know much about cars. I went in for an oil change, and they talked me into getting new brake pads when I didn't need them. The prices were inflated as well. These guys clearly have no problem lying to gain services.
