I called Tuesday to start my journey to get a car they said they call me back i called later that night different person different and same Wednesday and Thursday. It might be different for u alot of people had good luck here. But I just say my opinion.

Buyers beware! I didn’t listen to bad reviews thinking it was a just a bad experience but LISTEN to them. We purchased a Jeep in July and shortly after it started violently shaking when hitting speeds 50 and higher. Was told needed new tires, after them having it 2 different times for 5 days each! Spent 500 on new tires and didn’t fix. They said they didn’t know. Took to any other shop and found out we needed a new drive shaft, the kicker is this would have been covered under warranty but it expired literally 10 days prior. They said sorry nothing they could do. How is it they had it 2 weeks an country figured it out. Then I find out they took to another shop, tracked that manager down and was told they only balanced the tires. Why is it that they have a shop big couldn’t even balance the tires? I have 6 feee oil. Changes and I have been paying my other shop to do. I don’t trust them at all and would rather pay someone els to anything needed than to save a buck and have them mess something els us. There is a reason they are cheaper.. because they suck!!

Great experience. The sales staff was very helpful and not too pushy. If it wouldn't have been for them I would have purchased at another place. In the end I ended up getting the best deal in the area on the car I wanted. The five free or changes and two free tire rotations are great bonus as well. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone shopping for a car.

I have always had great customer service at SW Auto Sales every time I'm in their lot or Service Center. All employees in sales and the service center that I have communicated with are friendly and trustworthy. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or get theirs worked on.

After owning my 2012 GTI for about three/four months, I can honestly say avoid going here and go to dealership. Spend your time looking into a certified pre-owned.Shortly after the weather got nice I found out that the sunroof on my car leaks and doesn't work. Also they told me they washed the car before I came to pick it up. If that was the case they couldn't have missed it leaking because it is that bad. I would be willing to change my review if you want to contact me Eli and make this right and prove that your business is worthy.

This was my first time purchasing a car on my own, and Southwest Auto Sales really walked me through all the steps and explained everything so well! I couldn't be more happier with my purchase! I will be letting family members know about this dealership so that can look for their cars here as well!

Although we haven't bought a vehicle from themyet, we have been shopping around and have found that this is the most helpful place in purchasing a vehicle. The owner worked with us in getting us all of the information we needed to make a great purchase. We will be going back once we are ready to buy!
