Sells you cars that depreciate fast. Then won't help you with trade in after paying them thousands of dollars. Do not recommend buying anything from them.

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I scheduled work on my vehicle due to a recall three days before dropping it off. I dropped off my vehicle at 9 am. They called me at 3 pm stating they didn't have the parts to fix the recall problem. They said they lost my phone number. When I went to get my vehicle they couldn't even find my keys. Ridiculous.

Fantastic dealership! Justin and the guys went above and beyond the call of duty to get me the price I needed on my new Jeep. Would highly recommend them, it is worth the drive to be taken care of.

They do go out of their way to sell you a car, if they don't have it, they will find it. Servicing after purchase leaves a lot to be desired. I have been being promised for over 2 YEARS that they will make right a rear spoiler which they installed. Never a single phone call back. Each time I go in, they claim that the last person I talked to is no longer employed there. The aftermarket remote starter, purchased from and installed by them, has never worked properly, after several times assurance that it was "fixed" it still does not work properly. NOT recommended if you want to count on them to back their sale after they are paid.

We had the best car "van" buying experience from Mike Anderson CD,J, in Rochester!!! We bought a van that was in immaculate and was told everything up front. They were open and honest about everything and made sure every little detail was right! Mike Hammel, our sales guy was great with communication and answering every single question we had. We also got to work with their finance lady, Nikki Gibson, who is just as incredible! She found many options for us and made everything effortless. They made buying a new vehicle a joyous and wonderful occasionjust as the way it should be! Mike Anderson, Mike Hammel, and Nikki gave faith back to us about buying a car from a dealer because we had a horrible experience with a different dealer 2 days before in Michigan. (Matick Chevyhorrible people) ! They certainly earned a life long customer! We are proud to say where we bought our van, and we would most certainly recommend them to anyone!
