What a seamless experience!! One of the best.. The best car buying experience we have had!! Jason was absolutely amazing. Straight to the point no hassle or haggling needed. Derry was super informative, thorough and very polite!!

Derry was friendly from the moment I walked through the doors, and he immediately swept me off my feet. His charm was unparalleled, and although I had only planned on test driving a car, I was soon swept into purchasing 4 brand new cars! Derry helped me take them from the lot to my home, and I was instantly swamped with a massive debt. Yet for Derry, I did not mind. Now how do I feed my children

I came from out of state and so most of my interaction with the staff at City Automall was doen via phone or email. When I arrived at the dealership they had my car ready for me and the paperwork took about an hour to complete. Everyone I interacted with was kind and efficient with my time.

I would highly recommend that you do NOT every think about buying from City Chevy/Ford. My family purchased two cars from them about 2 and half years ago. Already in those two and a half years we have both had to replace the alternators, as well as the transmission going out in both this year. As well as other issues with the cars. These are only 3 and 5 year old cars and they are different makes and models.

Robert and the team at City Auto Mall got me into the vehicle I've wanted for years! I went to test drive a Nissan Pathfinder on a Saturday and Robert told me I'd be driving home with it that day and I did! He was friendly and followed back up with me a few days later to check on the purchase. Something rare these days. The finance team worked with their lenders to find me the best rate and deal that worked for my budget. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone.

My first and last visit here. Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation because all places in ft Wayne were booked. Signed up for 4 oil changes for the price of two and a tire rotation. I have never had any issues with my truck and as soon as I turned out of there shop tire sensor indicators go off and truck is shaking and vibrating as I go down the road. Ironically this all happens after they rotated my tires, and never returned my call. Went to a reputable place in ft Wayne and had my tires fixed and sensor fixed in minutes. Will not return here, financial loss on my part but lesson learned.

This dealer has the dankest cars, with the BEST rims in Indiana. Not only that, the prices are dirt cheap but the car was gold quality. Will buy again, 10/10 IGN.

First I would like to say Joe the salesman was excellent if it wasn't for him I would have never bought the car. They tried to raise the price of the car by $1,000.00 after they gave me a purchase agreement. Then Ben Reynolds said that the purchase agreement was not a contract and he can do that, he was very unprofessional and I walked out because of his poor attitude. I understand it was a mistake on the dealers part were they added a $1,000 incentive that was not given to Michigan residents, but after they made the mistake and a customer drives an hour and a half to make the purchase they should make it right. Ben made no attempt to make it right, and long as he works there I can not and will not recommend this dealer.

The vehicle I purchased was gorgeous and was sold at a fair price. 190 miles later (less than a week's time of ownership) my vehicle's engine and power steering shut off while driving on the interstate due to a faulty fuel system. City Chevy couldn't fix the vehicle and attempted to help by contacting another dealership (their sister dealership Glenbrook Dodge). I was informed that I would be responsible for paying for the repairs. ($2,000). After contacting the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration I was informed that my vehicle had a catastrophic safety problem. Long story short, O'Daniel Jeep scheduled and fixed City Chevy & Glenbrook Dodge's $2,000 problem free of charge in about 5 hourstried to give City Chevy a chancenever again.

Prior to coming here I was having a miserable first new car buying experience. From my first online inquiry to every phone call and interaction my salesperson Joe was exceptional. I searched everywhere for my perfect car and driving two hours to do business here was more than worth it. They turned a miserable experience into a fun and memorable day.
