Loved going to Brandt's. The staff was amazing. Helpful but definitely not pushy. Just encouraging customers to have a good time. Very approachable. The store was clean and organized well. Loved the antique bikes they display. Highly recommend stopping here.

Took my Harley to trade for newer Harley. Guy from service took my bike out for test drive. After not being able to work a deal out, my wife and I headed back out to my bike to leave. As I got to my bike, I noticed that 1 of my highway pegs were gone. Went back inside to tell the guy it was missing and he drove his test route to find it. After 2 laps of his route, he returned to us and said he had no luck. I guess my complaint here is that not 1 word was said or any action was taken to make this right with me! It's a shame that $75 for a replacement will take away business from not only me, but alot of the friends that I have that might have gone there! Multi- million dollar company and $75 might not mean much to them, but I have to dig alot deeper! Thanks for the concern Brandts!!!! Chad Speidel Hartford City
