It was an amazing park with great details and well thought out decorations. It was also immaculate and had an extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our visit was great, and the maxpass was very worth it since we could plan out our visit based on the wait times of different rides. Though we went on a day that was supposed to be very busy, we enjoyed many 15 minute lines and spent most of our day on rides or shopping. Overall, it was a great experience.

California Adventure is amazing. Taking visitors throughout the famous areas of California, and back in time to the golden age of Hollywood, there is always something new to discover and enjoy. California Adventure is where Disney has moved all of their Marvel character appearances also. Cars Land is not to be missed, but make sure you get the Fast pass for the Cars ride early in the day, or you may end up standing in a two and a half hour line.

I love this park. Less crowded than its neighbor Disneyland too. I also loved that they changed up Luigi’s garage into a whole different type of ride. Although with all that space I would have liked to have seen a ride that tells the cars land story like monsters inc or little mermaid. I feel as though they have too many rides that spin around already. It would be nice to wait in line for something you can only see once inside.

Been coming here since it opened. I still love it! My only gripe is that as they have continued expanding this place and adding more and more wonderful amusements to the place (cars ride is super fun, guardians of the galaxy is fun as well) the park has become less and less about California. The Grizzly you could once see from the freeway is now entirely obscured by buildings around it. At this point I have a hard time even seeing it while in the park. Alas I still cannot drop this place any stars, I just don't have the heart to give less than 5 stars to a place so fun and so beloved.

My son loved Cars Land. Took him several attempts to meet Lightning McQueen, and the staff were not very helpful in saying when he might come. Even a discreet "come back after 2" would have been nice not a "he's at the race track, he might come if he's not too tired". Frozen show was excellent, the special effects were very well done. A few of the rides we're closed when we were there, and when they reopened, the queues were very long. The children's climbing area was great way for him to burn off energy - he loved the rope bridges.

California Adventures have changed so much since it first opened. It is still changing till this day. You can probably do everything in 1 day easily. The crowd is mostly adults.

- Lots of rides
- Less crowded than Disneyland

We had an awesome time. First time we got the Max Pass, it's awesome. We waited about 15 min for everything. Just passed all those huge lines. Guardians of the Galaxy was so fantastic! Especially, Monsters after Dark. We rode everything and were done by 3pm. Just hung out and enjoyed the sights.

Its nice. Too many people but expected. Could use more beer and booze places with faster staff. At least the beer is decent for us beer drinkers.

Have loved going with the family to this place for years,but what's up with the new fast pass system!?! Way to ruin a good thing. Slowed everything WAY down. We wish they would bring back the old system! The worst part was Toy Story Mania. Had to wait in a 50 minute line (sign said 30) in a super loud, super hot room of stinky people. We have always admired the cleanliness as well, but noticed the upkeep was lacking. On the positive side, Made some more great memories.

We have more fun here because of the restaurants, being able to have a drink if we want, and being able to get into the hotel right from the park is nice. The world of color is always a delight to watch. Lobster nachos are a must at the Cove bar. If you want the best dining in Anaheim it's here at Cathay restaurant, you need reservations for dinner or lunch here. The Vineyard is really nice to eat at all so, they have good salads. The bruschetta there is a must to enjoy.

Love coming here. Always clean. Always fun. Always friendly. There are plenty of dining options. Cute shops for merchandise. It can get packed on the weekends or during special events but it's still an exciting experience. Come for a little bit or stay the whole day. You'll discover an endless amount of things to do.

As a thrill seeker I can have more fun here than in the Disneyland park. There's a great assortment of rides and attractions catering to small children up to California Screamin and the former Tower of Terror for the big thrill seekers. Food is also great and really thrives during evenings and night with beautiful assortments of colors on the attractions and the ever beautiful world of color show. A must go, but highly recommended to be paired with Disneyland tickets. Also its great on weekdays as there are less crowds going here than Disneyland.

This seems like a well organized amusement park with lots of distraction for my 2 year old, including character appearances, singing groups riding trolleys, dancers parading with musical cars, and helpful "citizens" from the early daysin addition to all the rides and entertainment. Bringing food and water for my toddler was permitted. The citizen suggested specific rides and the best path to follow. Had a great day and Will need to come back to do more as there were only so many things that could be done in a day.

A wonderful part of the Disneyland experience! I highly recommend you get the Hopper passes, so that you can enjoy both parks. California Adventure Land has larger rides for you to enjoy. There is a live theater with shows for the kids. If you loved the movie Cars, you'll love this park.
There are also educational activities here. Experience a real bakery in action, and there's also a wine tasting available. There are fancy dining experiences as well as lots of fast food.

We visited over Easter weekend and had a very nice time. Everyone who worked there was in a good mood and very helpful. The only down side was the lack of variety in the food available. We wanted hamburgers and hot dogs for kids and had to walk around all over the place to find it. Other than this, the park is the perfect size to complete in one full day. We truly enjoyed ourselves!
